This thread reminds me of what Gran Turismo does really well. The catalogue of genuine colours sure beats finding values to recreate colours in Forza.

It would be great to have a paint chip shop. Browsing paint chips by year, shade, and brand would make it easier to find the paint you're looking for.

Now I've picked up GT6 again, I'm on the hunt for paint chips. It would definitely help to have a chip shop, but I try to buy cars I know I'll drive at least once.

It should be Rising Blue Metallic for the VW and WR Blue Mica for the Subaru. Both colors are dealership colors and are available on the cars in the picture.

I replicated the picture in Photo Mode and you can see that the colors are exactly like those in the real life picture.

Finally found a match it's almost perfect!! Grigio Nettuno Metallizzato from the Alfa Romeo 166 It's darker but looks great!! If shade was a bit more like Deep Purple Metallic chip then it'd be perfect

There is a color like that on the Black Edition GT-R. However, it is not very close. I would suggest Sydneyblau, a BMW color.

For the first car, check out the Dodge and Plymouth colours from around 1970.

Edit: For the Jaguar, there is a pearl paint chip called "Kryptongrün Mineraleffekt", from the Opel Corsa.

Try GTS Blue from the SRT Viper, and I think that the Abarth 500 might have a grey paint chip.

I choose the grigio campovolo from the Abarth 500 and the granturismo blau frome the Mercedes SLS, thank you maxox.

I don't have the 15th anniversary edition. I thought the blue from the ST was a bit different at first but I took the car to a track and I realized it was just the weird GT Auto lighting confusing me.
