I tried shhoting the windscreen and even managed to push the car into the 'pay and spray'!!!(i ran out of ideas by then) but it didnt work. I was also thinking about pushing it to my garage but the nearest was too far away :indiff:

If you get it to your garage and it doesnt work, try blowing it up inside your garage then letting the door close and open again.

Im 85% sure that the garage doesnt fix blow up cars in SA.

If you guys keep posting about how to get Ceasar`s car, I`ll be forced to start a new game to figure it out myself. Someone PLEASE find the answer :banghead:

If there hasn`t been one already, someone should start a thread about where GTA4 should be set, & why it should be set there. 💡
If a new thread does get started about that, it should be a CIVILIZED discussion, unlike the one`s I`ve been involved in in that "other" forum. :guilty:

Directly from ThaShoka89's special car walkthrough at gameFAQs, which has never led me astray:
Available: After "High Stakes, Low Rides" (Cesar)

How to get; Win the race and wait for Cesar. Hit his car with a melee weapon
so he gets out. Shoot him to scare him away. Push the car to your garage in
Santa Monica Beach.

Difficulty: Medium, it is not hard but very annoying since you have to push
the car quite a distance.

OR, if you just want "Cesar's car" and don't care if it's bulletproof (this one is), wait for the mission "Photo Opportunity" (early in the SF part of the game). He'll tell you to come get him out near Blueberry, shoot him and take the car.

Small_Fryz: I'm 95% sure garages do heal blown up cars in SA. In fact, getting the invincible Tampa from ... that mission with Emmet, requires you to blow it up.

Yes it does. I used to get my weapons skill up every time I started a new game by parking a car in CJ's garage and shooting it until it caught fire, running away, letting the garage close, repeat. Occasionally it blew up. I could let it close and go back and it was perfect.

Well i have started a new game. The game i was doing with that race and ceasar i saved over by mistake!!! :mad:

. Im currently at the Big Smoke missions so all this advice that people have gave has come just at the right time. Give me a couple of days and ill tell you if it works 👍

Las Payasadas in the desert. On north-eastern most section of that town, there's a bunch of trailers. Look around that area, behind the trailers and houses. I can't remember the exact location, but keep coming back. It doesn't appear too often.

As for the under the bridge, im afraid i only know how to get there not how to explain getting their, and if i was to try to explain it, no sense would be made.

Try that java map, that is linked in many posts. its called SAM i belive.

One of the coolest things about the Quadbike (besides doing backflips) is that when you're riding with someone else, the other person will almost always say stuff when you run people over. Some of the Grove Street OGs have some good lines, Katie loves it when you hit pedestrians too.

Just curious, is the SAN News chopper available anywhere? Other than that checkpoint course I mean.

I think I've seen it once on the helipad by the San Fierro car impound lot. I think helicopters just randomise there.

if you really want it, take if during the checkpoint and park it in the verdant meadows hangar (same method of gettin the hunter wiithout getting all golds at the flying school)-- you will fail the race but the vehicle should be saved.

Another way, is to park it next to the LV airport where the Flying missions happen in the 1st place. when you quit out it will still be sitting their right next to you. This works also to get the pheniox (sp)

Easiest way to get a Hunter, too.
I've never flown the news chopper. Is it just a normal Maveric, or is it a shortened version with really twitchy handling like the news chopper in Vice City?
