Well, duh. This is easy. Burns was supposed to deliver a trillion dollar bill to France, but Burns stole it instead, so the French decided to act snooty to Americans forever. Easy one, SL. I'm suprised you didin't get it.

He got a lot of free food from Krusty's because of a screwed up game promotion. Same thing happened to Mc Donalds, BTW. So, they ended the promotion half way finished, if I recall correctly.

Yep, that was the game ticket promotion that Mc Donalds had during the 1984 Olympics. If USA won gold at an event, you would win the food prize indicated. It was food items like, cheeseburger, large fries, Big Mac, Quarterpounder, Filet'O Fish, chicken nuggets, etc. By the end of the first week of the Olympics, you couldn't stand in one spot in a local Mc Donalds without touching somebody else. It was always packed to the gills. The reason why USA won so many gold medals was Soviet Union and 13 other Communist countries boycotted the '84 Olympics. So, Mc Donalds ended the game promotion early claiming too many tickets were made. Yeah, right. After the promotion ended, you couldn't find anyone inside a Mc Donalds. They lost a lot of money on that promotion.Slick RickOh yea
