Well, similarities don't imply that they're exactly the same. I knew Spitfire is male in the Polish version. It can be strange how some things can be similar, yet totally different. A while ago, there was a pic posted on this thread showing the similarities between The Powerpuff Girls and the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and a picture of Lauren Faust at the end.

Little Strongheart was male? Wow I didn't know that. It's true that you learn something new everyday. And that's not just because of school. And if Spitfire is male in Poland, what others have switched genders?

Owlowicious is female as well, plus there was more of a reason for him to be changed to a female character in the Polish dub than there was for Spitfire and Little Strongheart to become male, seeing as the word "owl" in Polish is a noun with a female gender.


Anyway, I'm off to read Allegrezza now.

I will say something for the Polish dub artists...they picked some good voices for it. unlike a lot of people i noticed that the VA for Spitfire sounded kinda...limp wristed.

finished off Allegraza...nice little shoutout to posts, here, Coffee. nice little snark shootout between Ly and Tavi. seems only brits can pull off snarky, sarky, and puns.
