The Worst Car in GT4

I pimped my Pink 2CV with lowered suspension full mods and nice gold rims like a lowrider. All i need is a beret and a franch accent and im done!!
 
anything that doesnt include a steering wheel or doubles up as a carousel round corners. if i had to choose, all the alfas. you fall asleep up to gear 4, then you get a boost in power: not fantastic for tight circuits.
 
Well, after doing the Hyundai races, I have found out what the worst car in GT4 is: the Hyundai Tiburon. It handles like a tank and it is extremely slow through the turns, and the gearbox never seems to know what it is doing.
 
I have to say that the worst cars in the game are the ones which cannot be used for events and do not have aesthetic appeal.

Sure, they are novelties, but what are they good for? All they do is sit around in your garage looking quirky, or stodgy, etc., taking up that much space that prevents you from getting that useful car that can do SOMETHING. While there is plenty of room in one's garage in GT4, it is better to have money than a useless car that is mysteriously "banned" from every race on the calendar! Even a useless car that looks cool is worth keeping!

Buying cars that are useless is even worse, regardless of how they appear on the outside!

That said, the worst car in GT4 in my opinion is the Auto Union V16 Race Car 1937. Really, paying $500,000 for a car that can only run at the Nurburgring despite the fact that the car cannot steer that is not available in Arcade Mode is not my idea of a good car. At least it looks interesting.

The Option Stream Z is wierd. It takes forever to reach about 40mph then it suddenly turnes on and goes. I think its the turbo lag.

But the worst racing car has to be the chaparrell 2D, just never seems right...

Another car I consider "most disappointing" is the BMW McClaren F1 GTR Race Car. That thing should fly. It's weight isn't shown, but it should be relatively light. That thing is a dog. Poor downforce. Very squirrely under braking. Tries to swap ends. (All this after intensive suspension adjustments). I can A-spec it pretty well, but it remains a B-spec crapster.

Sorry if someone replied to this already, but IMO I adore the Mclaren. I managed to beat a Nissan R92CP in the Fuji 1000km in it, and I really loved it, handled great for me, I guess different driving styles must also play a part.

And also, the people talking about the Trueno AE86, I also happen to adore that too, but then again, I LOVE Initial D :D but seriously, the car is a fantastic drive, take it on Citta di Aria (sorry if thats spelt wrong) and see how it glides through the corners with ease. Again,t hat might be my driving style.
As for cars I hated...well, we have to start with the Volvo 240GT estate. Ridiculously low RPM range in the gears, the front digs into the road under breaking, and its stupidly heavy.
Then theres the Ford GT. No matter how many times I attempted driving it, I couldnt get it to brake well. I had a similar problems with the Saleen.
But surely the biggest dissapoint was (im gonna get flamed for this...) the Jaguar XJR-9. whatever I seemed to do with it it refused to brake or turn well, sometimes it felt like the front wheels were not turning at all under braking. Again, might be my driving style, but I was majorly dissapointed by it.

I am wondering which car could be considered as the worst one. You may say that all of them are great but the fact is that there is a number of cars that definitely are NOT. And it's not about the worst performance. What I mean is car that you'll never even look at. Car that makes you sick because of its steering etc. Car that can be easily compared to your worst nightmare. Car that is so insipid that you had noticed its existence in game just after few months of playing...

do you mean a car you can race with other opponents because if it is id say the toyota yaris F (J) thats just a weird looking car and very slow considering its weight and hp
 
Well i'm not gonna say this are the worst cars in gt4, but de viper srt10 with racing brakes still doesn't brake very well and the tvr speed 12 has wheelspin in 5th gear. That italian v16 thing also isn't the best handling car...

You mean the Cizeta V16T? (laughs) I definitely agree. That car never seemed to stay on a course, even in the bionic hands of the AI. Its only advantage was its width, meaning that on narrow courses (Cote d' Azur, and the Nurburgring, when the car stayed on the road), no one could pass it unless they left the track as well.

It made the Speed 12 look like a Lotus...

At least it had aesthetic merit, but those quad pop-up headlamps aren't for everybody...

I particularly like rallying in the 360, just because it bounces around like you'd never believe.

mine goes 210, so shut the F up. anyway, worst car? hmm... probably the older PRIUS, because compared to the new one, the old one looks like a yugo. and, another thing, i hate the old PRIUS w/ a passion, yet love the new one, yet hate the fact that i can't fit in one(i'm 6'3", yes, i am in a s--- hole, right now...)
 
Worst car in the game: Nike One 2022. Completely useless, totally implausible "history".

The Alpine A310 can be a delightful little beastie if you tune it right. I did the Tous France Championnat with mine, just for fun.

wow, I must have missed this thread, and I've been around since before the game came out!


My least favorite car would have to be the newest Nissan Primera, and only then for the superficial fact that the taillights were never finished:p
 
I would have to say that no cars should really be classed as terrible, they all have a certain charm about them. However, if we had to choose a worst car, i would definately have to say the Fiat Coupe, i bought this car immediately after getting enough credits and it was horrific!!!:yuck:
The handling stank, the noise was a whining that stuck in your head and the speed was poor - a waste of money imo!:ouch:

Sure it was a waste of money, but c'mon, don't blame the car, it was just a bad inversion. With the money it costs I bought an used and very useful Cerbera Speed Six. I wasted my money on a 🤬 Alfa GT 3.2 or something, and it :censored:in' :censored:cks! But it's not the worst GT4 car.

The worst car? That 1886 Daimler I guess... 19km/h! I tried to drive it at Costa di Amalfi, 2 mins to discover it couldn't climb for the first turn! lol!:lol: :dunce: And I won't even try that 3 wheels car. Looks even worst.
 
For me, FF Cars are automatically the worst cars in the game, so from them, i'll choose the Peugeot 307 XSi.
 
My opinion is the Nike car, It looks cool but you can't race it in a real race, and the tranny sucks too.
 
IMHO. The stock 1988 Toyota Accord coupe is bad. Underpowered. BUT. If you put on all power upgrades, all weight stages, and put N3 tires in front, and N1 tires in back, this car becomes a drifting beauty(To me anyways).
