It ran 11.32 secs according to Fryzy. With a real dud gearchange and not getting the power down whatsoever and bouncing around like a hippo on a trampoline.

It didn't have the best aero package either.

It's actually a Mitsubishi L300 van with a 350ci Chevy which can huff nitrous if the owner desires even less traction. The quickest it has run on the bottle is 10.8 and 11.3 off the gas. It weighs all up 1450kgs-ish and it cost the owner only about $4K Aussie to build up

Did he get a built engine for free or something to cost only $4k build it?

He pulled the motor and box came stock out of his old car.
The article I read said that he had more that a few parts lying around which he used. He built the nitrous system from spare parts.

He also leaves the roof-rack and ladder on sometimes when he races for an even more sleeper look but it will pick up tow tenths over the quarter if he takes them off.
