I think Lopez is just showing that when he was lined up for the USF1 seat it was on talent. Muller is (was?) one of, if not the best touring car drivers in the world and Lopez is wiping the floor with him.

Thank God Lada got those cars back out, I like Bennani but his driving and attitude today is atrocious. Huff's comeback was perfect.

Poor Valente, that wheel was bent 45 degrees, and even poorer Borkovic... the guy is in agony. :guilty:

What's up with Borkovic, I was away at the start of his interview.

He has some kind of leg injury, made worse by his seating position... he said by about lap 5 he felt like he was going to die...

Most of you guys live in the UK so you probably don't know the answer to this question but it won't hurt to ask I suppose.

What is the best way to watch the WTCC and BTCC (preferably legally) from the United Sates. I had no choice but to find some terrible stream for today's racing. The quality was just horrendous. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

BTCC will now be broadcast in the US

For a few years Youtube has been the place to go for full races but they're clamping down alot more now so I'm a bit worried about this year, especially for BTCC (I think it's Duke Video who make the copyright claims). I go to a few BTCC events a year, I can't record TV so Youtube is the only place I can watch the full races back :(

Here's the WTCC, spoilered because I don't know if it's ok to post here :scared:

Thank you very much!!!! Next time, you could just PM me the links.

Anyone know where I can find full BTCC races from the 90's in high quality? (obviously not going to be in HD.... :p)

Isn't YouTube your friend in these situations? I've seen a few Super Touring races on there.

Yes, but it's not AUP friendly.

1998 is my personal Favourite although Audi had to run FWD.

Any idea on time in GMT?

Here you go ;)

Well then, the first race has just finished, and it was just as I thought it'd be. The grid was a little bare; mostly due to later retirements and several non-starters. It was crash and bash from the get-go, the cars looked really even considering it was their first ever race, and I was thoroughly impressed.

I liked it too. As the Fords and Opels come in, and the Engstler cars change over to (hopefully more reliable) Golfs, the races should liven up even more.

The commentator disclosed that VW are fairly enthusiastic about the concept, and hopefully other manufacturers follow with support. The tuners are appreciated, but TCR can really take off if big manufacturers start building cars. I hope it does, the GT3 concept (low-cost bop customer cars) simply makes too much sense in a touring car application.

Good to see group A cars racing, but it needs some serious BoP as the performance is everywhere, Jim Richards couldn't even beat the R32 driven by a gentleman driver using the HR31 (but my god that RB20 engine screams).

Hmmmm

His sudden teeth trouble did seem a bit odd. They were also quite open about replacement drivers when asked about the next 2 rounds...

Lopez gonna so crush everyone on the ring. 2.5s on loeb who was 2nd. I think Müller was more than 5sec behind Lopez on the lap. He stopped early as well cause he was frustrated.

Can't wait for the race :D

Is there any way to watch the qualifying? Eurosport is only bringing U17 soccer borefest and Eurosport 2 athletics.
