Just a quick question, i have already purchased the first and second pack on the old and new DLC, so if I purchase, let's say the paint pack I will receive the 86 concept?

You should in theory.. if you get two of any DLC from the October release, you are eligible to receive the 86 II concept

No, you had to buy multiple units before the updat and 2nd DLC.

Not necessarily. I bought the first dlc October and yesterday after this update I bought a paint pack and then the coupon for the '11 ft-86 came up.
