i know there level 23 but normally someone will have duped there gt-one ticket from b spec 24 hour endurance and theres bound to be someone with a sauber c9 ticket

No you cant send any car even in ticket over 1mil cr..
And I know you can send lv and bday tickets and get over 1 mil cars.

Tickets that contain over 1mil cars cannot be sent. The best that can be done is get a level 23 ticket and open it until you get the car you desire...JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A USB!
