This maybe a bit off topic but with the looming threat of skyrim, call of duty 3 and battlefield 3 coming to your game collection. What will you be getting or will you just stick with Forza 4?
 
Between Skyrim and Forza 4, I'm going to be buying my wife a LOT of flowers these next few months...
 
I might get Skyrim in a few months or so... I tend to usually play one or, at best, two games exclusively, so I usually have to make the call which game to focus on. I doubt FM4 will be receiving the short end of the stick anytime soon, to be quite honest.

This, however, will save me some money, so I'm okay with that ;)
 
I'm going to be getting MW3 and that's about it. Nothing else has caught my interest! My girlfriend really wants Skyrim though.
 
We are pretty spoilt for good games this year. I have no idea how I'm going to get through all the games I've got on pre-order (as well as ones I'm currently playing).

Batman just dropped so I have that being shipped right now, I have Battlefield 3, L.A. Noire (for PC), Star Wars The Old republic & Skyrim all on pre-order till the end of the year as well, and no time to play any of them :(
 
I will get BF3, and maybe MW3 to finish up the story and play the multiplayer while it's still clean and untouched. Other then that, I may pick Halo CEA coming soon, but FM4's really what I'm going to be playing.

I believe the release is sometime early November. I will get it eventually as well (since I have the previous 7 COD titles already on the bookshelf) but battlefield 3 is simply amazing. After having played the beta I'm super excited to get into the thick of the action.

Saints Row: The Third is one of my most anticipated titles of 2011. I have grown to love this series a lot more than GTA. If you like sandbox games and havent tried Saints Row 2, you should check it out. A full drop in drop out co-op campaign sandbox game with full customization and freedom. Its the perfect combination of Vice City and San Andreas. Just pure, insane, outragous, FUN.

I am also looking forward to Battlefield 3 and would like to check out Skyrim.

Oh that will be a good game, but you cant compare it to Vice City or San Andreas, because its has fun missions, but the cars are ****, the music sucks, and they try to hard to be GTA.
 
I personally think the Saints Row series destroys GTA. And thats coming from a HUGE GTA fan. But to each his own. Hopefully you at least tried SR2 and the full co-op campaign. If you played solo then you didnt experience how the game was meant to be played.

I enjoy Saints Row very much, and Ive beat 1 & 2. I love dressing up and driving a car around the mall, and designing cars! They just need to work on the music, and the car physics.
 
SR2 is very fun as a co-op. Hopefully you were able to play it with some friends. I have never laughed so much playing a game in my life as I did with SR2. I still have it too.

I still need to buy Crysis for the 360. Its in the Games on demand section. Probably use my christmas MS points for that. Plenty of other games to keep me busy for now. I wanted it for the PC years ago but my gaming PC couldnt run it in the highest settings. But it looks very good on the 360.
 
Getting Uncharted 3 and Zelda: Skyward Sword. I already have Forza 4, Gears of War 3, and just got Batman: Arkham City yesterday.
 
Forza 4 is a given but BF3 will get a ton more play as will Uncharted 3 and Skyrim.

I'll make time for Forza once in awhile.

I also personally thought that SA was starting to get a little stale although I know it was one of the more popular titles in the GTA series. I might give SR3 ago however as it looks good.

Also get Crysis. I recently picked it up from a bargain bin in my local EB (for pc) and it's brilliant. I'm not too far into the game yet, but I really dig the nano suit mechanics. Lots of fun.

I also started a GTA fan back with the original top down view game. Loved the series. I had a good time with SA but it dit feel a bit stale after Vice City. I even took 2 weeks off paid for VIce City and loved that game!! Such an incredible experience. GTA4 was one of the largest disappointments in my gaming history. Couldnt buy houses, couldnt buy cars,couldnt fly planes, no character customization besides the Nikko character, no vehicle upgrades, no parachute (until TBOGT) no monster trucks.... Just a massive massive disappointment and huge step backward. Took everything away from the series that was fun to try and make it more serious. Huge mistake.

Saints Row 2 was the answer to the FUN that the GTA4 fans were waiting missing. When I say full customization I mean FULL customization of everything between your gang members, your character, EVERY drivable vehilce in the game, your crib, and much much more. If you can drive it you can customize and store it in your garage. Yes that means bikes, quads, monster trucks, cop cars, garbage trucks, tow trucks, bull dozers, every drivable vehicle you see. Plus you can buy every single business in the game and make money off of it. And if all that isnt enough the ENTIRE game is CO-OP!! Truly THE best sandbox experience out there. Thats just SR2, just wait until you see everything you can do in SR3!!! :sly:
 
Forza is only here to hold me over to Skyrim, once that comes out I doubt I'll boot up a console for a very long time or do anything else for that matter :lol:.

Skyrim will eat weeks of my life away!, I cant wait to grow old with that game.
 
I am still undecided about Skyrim. I didnt like Oblivion but LOVED Fallout 3 especially the VATS system. Skyrim does look amazing especially with the Dragons (im obsessed with dragons) and the ability to use both your hands but I will rent it first to be safe.

Thats what I was told about Oblivion and didnt like it. I will rent Skyrim first to be safe. Plus I will have plenty of other games to keep me busy for many months.
