Update 1.09 now available

In US, update downloaded and installed, server still down for maintenance at 1:47 PDT
 
Those patch notes are future plans . Did they add in the content or whats up ?
 
So I wonder if there will actually be anything from the blog post in 1.09? Seems a bit short notice to me, however they may have been working on some of these points and decided to release the update and post together??
 
The update post clearly says 'early April', but it's still very much March.

Has anyone considered 1.09 might be just regular maintenance and the stated changes aren't coming just yet?

Hope I'm wrong.

To be fair it doesn't really matter. He's clearly stating begin of april, thats within 2 weeks which is fine to me :-)
 
"in April" 100% they're nerfing the scripting thing, which is not something people like to do but it is a response to the appalling behaviour from Sony. What a shame, I loved GT as a kid and bought a console for this crap.

It says beginning of april for the changes. The 1 million now. Does it really matter though? It's only 2 weeks.

To be fair username checks out here... This is what you take out of the update post? You could have posted this in any existing thread and you choose this one?
 
5:12 here in Michigan and after a forced shut down, we are still offline.
 
Patch has been downloaded but server is down, will wait till 10am and try again.
I hope i get the much needed million in credits.
 
So it's best to wait till early April before bothering with the circuit experience stuff then - no mention of retrospective awards for completing it in 'austerity mode'.
 
Can't do this on my days at work can they, no no. They have to wait until I'm off for the day 😂

Less than that!!! I go for cataract surgery on March 28, that is this Monday! I can’t wait!!! Being able to see clearly is a glorious thing!!!!

Thank God for modern science!

I’m the meantime, I’m taking screenshots to add to the collection.

And then the screen goes black again.
