Not a fan of this double points stuff - kinda unfair to SVG having won twice....

Talk about unfair? Safety car...

Yea, freaking heck man, talk about poor timing for Volvo. Dahlgren seems to be doing ok too, relatively speaking.

Whincup takes out 2 Nissans! What a moron!

Edit: NVM, just showed replay. No safety car though, TUSC race control could take a few notes on how to run a race.

None of the races this weekend have been shown on TV here in NZ, extremely poor by Sky TV 👎 Nearly as bad as TV3's coverage of Bathurst 2012 which was six hours of commercials with a motor race in between. 👎

Kelly's car had drank some Red Bull, they hit an Red Bull

Im waiting for Coulthards tyre to go. Lets go, Will!!!

Volvo!

Caruso just had a VVVV----TTTTEEECCCCCCCC moment!

In a Nissan?

I'd say that was Whincup's fault. His late move left Kelly with nowhere to go but into Caruso.

Excellent result for all the non-Ford/Holden manufacturers. Two Erebus in the top 10, Caruso making Tander his bunny in a straight line and Scotty being Scotty.

Caruso pulled on Frosty on the straight and piped Tanger on the straight.
I feel good for Erebus in the top 10 both cars held on.
Scotty to get that Win. Aweaome for the world to see this!!!

Aweaome for the world to see this!!!
Actually, the world doesn't get it. Most channels broadcasting Grands Prix only broadcast the qualifying sessions and races, and sometimes free practice, but they rarely broadcast support events.

What a final race. Feel bad for SVG after winning 3 from 3 but im not complaining seeing Scotty got the round win, with Caruso in 3rd

...Damn I hate when there isn't a feed, I wanted to see him win smh

Subscribed, that page is amazing.

Fantastic effort to day from McLaughlin! Hopefully himself and Volvo can pull of the same feat in the next championship round at Symmons Plains. It is a shame about the double points race though, Van Gisbergen put in a fantastic effort all weekend and it's a bit of a kick in the arse for him to not get the recognition he deserved. Hopefully we don't see something similar happening in Abu Dhabi for the F1 championship.

and I thought our ads were bad
I can see 10's covered next year:

Lap 3, goes to ad break

5 mins later:

"Hi everyone, this is Greg Rust and we've had a lot of action! Whincup and Lowdnes have had a controversial incident which race control is reviewing and Brighty has rolled his car!. We'll bring you a replay of that right after our next commercial break. We'll be right back!

Not sure what race you were watching but Caruso pulled to the right and hit Kelly, was swayed by Whincup at all.

Yes, I was watching.

The point is that Nissan doesn't have VTEC.

I doubt it will happen unless one of the existing manufacturers pulls out. VESA have said they consider five to be the maximum feasible number.
