These tire cutting (delamintion to use correct term) issues . . .

Wasn't there a thing in a previous year where that was also happening???

Think the teams figured/guessed it was at turn 2. They were telling the drivers to avoid running too hard over the ripple strip.

Left rear makes sense.

I honestly can't remember, but either way it's concerning to see multiple teams having tyre delamintion issues so early in the race.

Whincup's the latest to suffer from left rear tyre delamintion issues.

Loving having Bathurst live for once, big 👍 to V8Supercars for broadcasting it internationally.

Also it's been pretty exciting so far with the unpredictabilty of the tyres etc.

Ya I didn't get that, he looked like he came to stop in the grass, pointed towards the track.. Not sure why he turned around and drove into the sand trap..
