I wish this were even more realistic in one way; repair bills. If there were repair bills, and they added up to, in some cases, a year's salary, people would not EVER crash their cars, for fear of crashing their cars. :indiff:

Until then, we'll just have to pretend.

I'm not a big fan of heavy damage, but it would certainly make people think twice before barrelling into a corner with no regard for other drivers:crazy:

I should have some preseason pics up here within the next few days. I have looked through the replays and found some good pics. Like Seth, MrMel, polarbear, and I going 4-wide into turn 1 at GVE.

Surprisingly, that happened twice at GVE, but it was, generally, the same four people who did it, and it was never a crash.

Well we are professionals. Don't try it at home James

Sorry, I was petting Mika (my cat, which you think is cool looking) and typing. I only have two hands, you know.

Sorry CND and others in the lounge. I'm switching over from direct tv to comcast and they unhooked the modem. :(

Is CND a steward in this series?

Yep ;)

Can I be added to this series. Toyota 86 for me. Thanks.

Apparently grandma's router doesn't like gt5's online... Oh well. What I DID learn was... I'm not totally heart broken anymore about probably missing the wet race... NOT as fun as I thought it would have been....

Once you get used to pedals with some resistance and force feedback.. And then you go back to none of those... Ugh! Oh well, it's not like I had any grip anyways... Lol! And my tire spin was like that of a 1000hp monster truck using plastic wheels!

Nice comparison.

Welcome to the series! For those of you joining the series, I'd like to remind you to check out the threads linked in my signature.

ITCC Drivers' Meetings thread is the official place to read about and discuss rules that are track specific.

ITCC Race Recaps is your little ticket into the limelight. :) I summarize all of the races, from the viewpoint of the top 5 drivers.

After I get done eating supper, I will get on and test some more. Looks like it might be difficult to qualify for division 1. I did manage to run a 2.13.893 in the complete dry. I ran a 2.36.443 in 100% weather. I bet I can knock a second off of each time.

I'm running 2:15s! :scared: Though, I think my car might be on that pace in the wet. Or, well, I do well in the wet, personally...

If I just settle down and drive a good line then I run a 2.13, but I always find a way to screw up every lap. Suzuka is a long track to get perfect especially in the wet. I am going to pray for rain because my car seems to be pretty fast in the rain as well.

Rain; it will help us beat Johnny, for ONCE.

Unless Hell freezes I don't think that's possible.:):) Nothing against johnny though. He is just really good.
