Blink-182's sixth studio album - Neighborhoods. After listening to it all the way through three times, my view of this album is unchanged from my first impression. It sounds like Angels and Airwaves featuring Mark Hoppus.

I'm pretty disappointed. I really hoped that these guys would grow up with their music instead of trying so hard to be something different. Just write something meaningful and rock it. It sounds whiney and overworked.
