EK9 Hype ARRR as well. Painted a deep pearl blue as soon as I could.

A Mitsubishi FTO GR '97. Great little car with around 70.000 km driven. Pimped it up with some new oil and it was as good as new ;)

My friend started with the X2010 👎

I started with the Autozam AZ-1, not the best choice in hindsight but it has character. At first it felt like I was driving a MR Victoria Sponge but then I got used to it and it was quite fun.

Awesome choice!

I love the Autozam it's my little drift car for super small tracks lol

The premium Copen, fully tuned it for K-cup races including custom Reflex Spice paint.

$19,000 Miata and $1,000 ecu for a quick trophy. Welcome to the Forums OP.

Nissan Silvia S14 in Bluish Purple (or vice -versa) with an air intake. loved that car so much 👍

Honda CRX with some tuning....

+1. Really liked this car. Nice looking and good handling :)

I don't remember what I started with, but I was determined to not start off like GT4 witha crappy Miata and then buy a crappier car lol

I usually start off with a '90's Honda CRX, because that's what I started racing with in real life... but there wasn't one available when I started GT5, so I think I got a Miata and tuned it up with what money was left - tires, ECU, etc., and just built it up as much as I could until it was fully built and not really competitive with higher series races.
