Yes, me too - it is simply stunning IRL too.
My best tip - go to the car parade in Spa on the Wednesday before the Spa 24h - it's free, and all the cars and drivers are there.
This year I had a B&B in Francorchamps (absolutely perfect for the race), but I also booked a cheap room in Spa for the car parade - it was so cheap and in such a great location, I actually thought it was likely to be a scam - it was even called 'L'impossible' on Booking.com, but it turned out just to be a really good find!
I've been to Le Mans (with the GTPlanet lads) in 2014, Spa 24h in 2023 and 2025, and the Nürb 24h in 2024 and 2025.
My advice - don't put it off for too long - I never thought in a million years that my trip to the Nürb this year might be my last - in fact, I was thinking of making it a regular thing from now on, but now that looks unlikely 😢
However, I can't be too sad about it because I feel like I made the most of the trips I've had - both visits to Spa and the Nürb were truly amazing.
It's possible that I might make it back to either or even both tracks this year, but not for the 24h race(s)... but there are so many other things to see at these tracks that you don't need to be at the 24h races only. I'd love to see an NLS race at the Nurb, and I was toying with the idea of cycling round Spa and/or doing a walking tour of the Nurb when there's not a massive race on. Both places are very special places to be irrespective of what's happening on the track - something I found at the Nurb in 2024 😅
