I got candy, a sandwich maker (an electric one, not a woman, so don't make any stupid internet jokes), $50, two shirts, and a muscle car calendar. There were some rather odd choices for muscle cars (Bugatti Veyron and Ferrari Enzo, for example), but I still love it.

One present that I recieived was a 26" 60 HZ 720p TV, but I have a little problem: I want full 1080p for FPS, where being able to see people and/or things in the distance (snipers) counts, but it would be an extra $60 for me to pay to make the upgrade. What should I do? I've heard that you can't really tell the difference between 720p and 1080p on TV's smaller than 32". Is that true?

Well you can tell the difference but not on fps. Battlefield 3 is (as far as I know) the highest resolution fps and it's only 702p or around there. COD is 600pish. $60 isn't a lot to upgrade though but you'll only notice it on Blu-ray movies likely. I have a 720P 32" for my ps3 and love it, perfect for my basement.

I guess I did too good of a job on the bathroom when I borrowed all this stuff off my dad in the summer.

Its funny if you bought your wife/girl friend a vacume you would be sleeping on the sofa but they buy us power tools and we love it.

Brand new 160gb PS3 (was on the 'launch version 60gb) and a DFGT...couldn't be happier! Oh, yea..Uncharted 3 also, but it prolly won't find it's way into the PS3 untill that wheel gets plenty broken in!

My TV is nice, but I had better quality on my 20in.

Its interlaced which means it has "ghost" movement and the image is not as sharp as any progressive TV. I play Battlefield 3 HDMI and it sucks. (BF3 on PS3 only supports 720p) Should have bought the X360 version. My games have to support 1080p in order to be good quality.
