What do you think is GT5's best looking track?

For me it's SSR5, simply because there aren't any trees.

EDIT: Also, I'd just like to say that if SSR11 isn't added to GT5 as DLC I will personally give Kaz a stern talking to (in English).

Le Sarthe at night time is just jaw dropping.

I have to say any of the time change tracks are the best looking.

Gran Turismo's designers seem to intrinsically understand how real, outdoor light should be conveyed in video game environments like few others seem to do.

I go back and play stylized games now like F1 2010, GRID, or Need for Speed and it's like driving with a coloured stocking over your face.

Monza in the rain. Beautiful. But thats because I'm in love with it.

Nurburgring 24 hours at around dusk.

The 'Ring at dusk as well as La Sarthe are gorgeous.
As the OP said, SSR5 is beautiful too, specially before the main straight where are those trees with lights:)

Edit: The new city courses, specially Rome and Madrid, are stunning:D

Any of the weather change stages are beautiful. Sadly there aren't enough of them...

WHY ISN'T Tokyo or Laguna seca have a time change?

Now that you bring it up... F1 2010 and Dirt 2 tracks seem much more alive and beautifull than GT5 tracks IMO. And the lighting effects in F1 CE (in time trial) beat all previous games also IMO even though the graphics arent all that good (very dated)

And I find it a bit odd the use of the word stylized because to me GT5 is the most «stylized» (clean looking, unreal atmosphere) game of them all.

But when it comes to the premium cars and the Ring GT5 cant be beat (also IMO)

I gotta say SSR7...the first time it really shocked me.
The Ring in the morning;
and only if there's Suzuka in evenings...oh my.

Much as I dislike Tokyo 246 to drive (always have), I was very impressed when I looked around in photomode the other day at the detail & the"feel" of the place.

la Sarthe, at around my guesstimate of 11:00-12:00 P.M., right when it the sun peaks through and shines down on the car. Beautiful.

Nurburing in the morning and Sarthe in the night, both are stunning!

Totally with you. I personaly love SSR5. One of my favorites. Then again The Top Gear Test Track will always be my favorite.

It's gotta be the nord for me.
Especially at dusk :)

Nordschleife and Le Mans at dawn/sunset. Suzuka in the rain is great too.
