Sort of. There's no graphics, it's a soupe 'em up and race others online thing. You place bets, and enter challenges to earn money.

So far by this afternoon my Focus should have 184 BHP

Well you can choose any car, as long as it isn't an Elise, a focus, a celica or an impreza.

I can't even find where to sign up for the nitto challenge, but I found www.midnitechallenge.com. which is supposedly better than nitto, but I don't know.
