Let me tell you something. I'm getting kind of addicted to "NCAA March Madness 2005." I'm more of a college football guy, but for the intense action, the intensity of a playoff series (which many of us college football fans want to see), this game is pretty good. I guess a basketball team isn't as expensive, so probably the 320 schools represented in the game from the North Carolina Tar Heels to the Campbell Camels are in the game. All the Division 1 schools (that I know of anyways) are in the game. Of the States, 49 of the 50 United States are in the game. That state not represented? Alaska. I've heard of the Seawolves of the University of Alaska-Anchorage, but the Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves are a Division 2 basketball team.
Regardless, this game is pretty addictive to me. But if I had another Memory Card, I'd really go through the Season Mode. By the way, I basically chose teams I think are pretty good, so I've used the University of Washington Huskies in my basketball action. Since this is all based on the 2004 NCAA Basketball season, Washington was ranked #24 in the nation, but I feel comfortable playing with the Washington Huskies as I liked their 3-point shooting. If there's a team that I hate, it is the Louisville Cardinals. Why so? These damned players are tough to take down. When you try to inbound the ball, Louisville may quickly intercept the ball and get a potential extra two points out of your lazy past. So if you're playing against Louisville, don't be surprised if you get mad trying to figure out how the hell to beat them. I even reviewed this game, so you'll know what I think about this game in case you want to check it out.
