Fear of other people is really grinding my gears. I'm scared nobody really wants to see me and that I'll be stuck alone every day and everyone else will be out having fun.

What grinds my gears today is me :grumpy:

Drinking to ease my pain wasn't a good idea, neither was posting stupid angry thoughts on here either...I thank the GTPlanet mods for not banning me. I promise to never do it again.

End rant.

Football>Education. That's how it is in the south.

Very true. That's the whole reason my school district has one high school, football.

The lack of Butterfinger. :grumpy: I've never liked Butterfinger before this year. Now it's all gone!

I've also noticed, does changing the Text color get your posts more attention? It seems that way, and logically speaking it would make it stand out more.

I hate just complete assholes. I have so many people on this site that totally ignore what I say and start telling me how stupid I am for thinking different from them.

I get into a lot of fights, but I never tell people they are wrong and stupid. They are free to think how they want but there is no need to try to make me feel bad.

I always thought I got into a verbal fight with you

I don't know what your getting at. I will ask tho did I win the drift tuning section or did you find someone else? Or got less busy and will continue to run it.

In my view, when I get into a thread and post. People complain that I am not a Moderator and such.

Ugh, I got asked to sign a Declaration of Faith yesterday. Now that I've finished uni, part-time work isn't enough. I want to get a full-time job, and I've been applying to anything and everything that is open. So far, I've had two responses (from the high side of two dozen applications). One from a public shoolsaying "we regret to inform you that have not been selected for the position", and another from a Catholic school saying "we are very interested to note that you are able to teach multiple subjects". That second one is a very positive response, but there was more. They wanted me to complete a formal application for the second round of the selection process, which included a Declaration of Faith. I had never heard of one of these until now, and I had no idea that I had to sign one for the job (especially since I had called the school because the job advert said that my minister should be one of my referees; I don't have a minister, but they said this was okay). I basically had to sign a document saying "I accept the infallible truth of the Holy Scriptures, accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour" and so on and so forth. That, I felt, was pretty extreme. I went to a Catholic school for over a decade, and they never required anything like that of the teachers - half the staff were of no particular religion, and more than a few were atheist. But it didn't affect the way they taught us. So it riles me that this particular school was essentially saying "you could be the perfect candidate for our school, and you could be exactly who we want teaching our students, but if you don't think like us, then you can't have the job". It feels like discrimination.

When I take about 30 photos for fan fic which need to be in a particular order. But when you get them onto the USB, and they're deleted from the PS3. They've all been mixed up. Now I have to spend ages sorting them.

My mother spraying lavender around to stop the dogs peeing on things. It woke me up after only 4 hours sleep, the smell is so strong and the air is so think. :grumpy:

Little brats with unfit parents. I'm trying to bowl at a bowling alley. Now kid, quit whipping your Hot Wheels cars on the seats sending them on the approach so I can focus on bowling. Maybe if the father put his beer down, and actually gave a 🤬 about the kid I wouldn't of had to yell at the little 🤬. Low-life drunks that get welfare and cheat the system, and are for some reason able to have kids grind my gears. See my father over there? He works and struggles to feed our family because so much of his gross paycheck is deducted to pay for your bull:censored: style of living. You have 2 legs and can walk, you can get a damn job, you lazy :censored:s.

Unfortunately, where there's benefits, there's benefit cheats.

My increasingly stupid tutor annoys me. My IT teacher had a star trek tie the other day, and someone goes 'Is that dat Obaba guy on ya tie?'. I assume they meant Obama, but to make matters worse, the guy wasn't even black.

My dad is grinding my gears a bit. I want an XBox and found a good 4GB one for 140 USD. Brand new by the way, and he says he's not going to buy a lower version of the model. He absolutely must by the best there is. :irked: But here's the thing, he isn't willing to pay 300 or not even 250 for an XBox, but! He also says he's not going to buy a used one, refurbished or not. :grumpy:

I'll probably never know if I'm getting one or not, Christmas is coming so who knows. I just hope he'll make up his mind.

Another thing grinding my gears involving my other gear grinder. Today, he just bought a new TV stand and a new TV for the living room. You'll buy something that expensive but won't get me an XBox?! Even for 140?! :irked: :banghead:

Sorry, but you're making yourself sound like you're spoiled. The TV is for the whole family, the XBox is for YOU and only YOU. You and your family have to be swimming in money for your dad to even consider buying a console on a whim.

@ParkourVeyron: Exactly. Hearing what Elitedreamer said when my family barely saved up enough cash to get me a used PS2 last year drives me nuts. @EliteDreamer: You got a new tv to watch, I'd be doing cartwheels instead of complaining. Maybe your father won't buy you one because you don't need one. Be happy with what you got.

I'm sorry, but to clear some things up.

I'm not spoiled in the first place, if you want to see spoiled, see other kids in my area. They get they're own TV, XBox, Wii, PS3, whatever they want when they want. My family only get expensive things for Christmas. Not even birthday presents are all that expensive. We already have a large TV and he felt the need to get a new one just because he wanted it, I don't see a need for another one. It's nice and all, but why do we need another TV?

Now what's grinding my gears is that you think I'm spoiled. :irked: We never have enough money to buy nice things. I am happy with what I have VANDENAL, but we had been somewhat planning on an XBox for over a year. I'm the only one showing a large interest in it so I accidentally aimed the "need" for it to myself. An usual amount of selfishness was showing in that post. Sorry.

Other kids have their own TV, XBOX, Wii or PS3 is just because they can afford it and perhaps being lucky enough. I have my own cheap CRT TV and an old PS2 yet I'm not whining like hell when my friends have their own 42'' LCD and a PS3.

See, I might buy another phone because I wanted it without any real need. It's not a problem anyway mate...

If you're happy, you shouldn't whine like this...

Take a deep breath, calm down. Afterall, it's your dad's money so I believe he has the rights to choose what he wants to buy and such. My dad will never buy me a PS3 and I've been wanting it for 4 years already since the GT5 Prologue went into the market. Not all people are lucky, since you're happy with what you have now, be happy with it. The more you stay patient, the better stuff you'll get in the near future. Trust me 👍

I think it was an deep inner hatred that came up that made me "whine" like I did. I don't have all that great logic when I'm upset or disagree with something either, which is why I'll lose a verbal fight almost all the time.

Its fine Elite. Your family is just better off than mine, and I kind of got a bit upset. When you see everyone else get what they want when 75% don't do anything to earn it, and you work hard helping out and barely get anything, its hard to feel sorry for others. I mean when your father can barely afford to pay the bills, hearing someone talk about not having 'insert product' here when they don't have to worry about things you do just gets to you. And it makes you angry. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't wonder, 'Why me? Of all the people why me?'. Everyone tells me to get a job. But what place is going to hire a 16 year old with no body strength, ADHD, and cerebral palsy (it only affects me a little).

That's... pretty much how it is over here Vandenal. Though, I'm not sure about the bills being paid for because I never ask. I can't get a job either, which is another gear grinder. Stupid economy.

What grinds my gears? My bloody right ear, right leg and right side of my neck, pretty much my entire right side. My ear is clogged because of hay-fever, my neck hurts because I slept strange, again. Adding to the discomfort I've been in already. And just now my leg decides to give me pain for no apparent reason. :banghead:

Black Friday. Nothing shows greed and idiocy more than fighting and/or stabbing someone to get a great deal on the product you want.

Being sore. I rode my BMX outside all day yesterday, and I can't move muc today. It feels like I shoved needles into my arm veins, right at the inside of the elbow. My legs aren't fully flexable, and my shoulders hurt terribly. But I'm going to go to the oils my gears thread for the fun I had causing this.

The weathers grinding my gears. It's been really cloudy for the past couple days, but no rain that we desperately need!

Another thing, I've fell in love with the Subaru Impreza! Rode in one yesterday, and I absolutely love it! Though I know we can't afford it. I've never been a Scoobie fan until yesterday, now I have STI Fever. :grumpy:

Plus side is, my girlfriend likes Minecraft! :dopey:

Hearing you guys moan about being worse off than the others! Grinding my gears.

I was brought into this world as a child of two unqualified parents, surviving on what they did, sales mostly, living in counsel housing. Not that my parents, at least one of them, were unintelligent, they just never had a chance in life.

They served their time in poverty and made their way out. So did I.

I left school with minimum qualifications in everything other than science and math's. I spent a great deal of my college years being poor, supporting my partner and still getting an education.

I left London at 22, came to China, and every thing I've done since then has been all me. No degrees, no recommendations, no contacts required. Made it myself. All me.

So complaining about your parents is minor compared to the complaints you'll have once they are no longer in charge of you.
