What is the WORST HANDLING CAR in GT5 ?

Another vote would go to some of the pickups. They can be bricks on wheels. The Lightning has frustrating understeer going into corners and mad oversteer coming out. Especially during the Seasonal with sports tires. Still trying to find a stable tune...none are perfect. But I'm working on one. Once I figure out a personal tune, I'll throw it out for the community to try.

I find the Chevrolet SSR to be an exception to this - I've driven it stock and it. Handles fine really, you're driving a 2 tonne truck so it's going to be hard to manoeuvre, that's why despite only using it for that race I have like three of them cuz I really like how it drives. Wouldn't use another now.

Lotus Elise - Top Gear Challenge by far the worst nightmare you are forced to face it. You can't avoided if you want to make some progress in game so you have to at least obtain bronze trophy there.

Gold ?? Nightmare!! Although wasn't so tough it's just driving that thing in that Challenge is awful experience

Obviously the Tank Car will get a vote due its size and weight, but another car I found difficult was the Oulim Motors Spirra. Enzo is quite bad (to be polite) and TVRs, much as I love 'em, are frankly horrific without tuning. Also the E Type Jaguar has a suspension made of sponge cake.

I think the problem with 'stock' settings is that the toe and camber aren't correct as PD decided to make them all the same, bar a few.

Especialy in a 500pp shuffle race, wich will result in a last place no matter how perfect or not your race was. If you get the Cobra in a shuffle race, just quit or go make some coffee instead, you wont upset a gtr
The yellowbird is godsend compared to the Cobra.

I beat a rs6 with a cobra.it was one of the best things I ever did

If youre talking about handling by balance,etc and not outright grip, then I have to say I was very disappointed with the Ferrari 599 and Enzo.

I didn't say there were great handling, both seem to have quite alot of roll oversteer but they have good adjustability and really fun to toss about. I never feel out of control with them.

It understeers mid corner terribly and feels heavy.
Dosen't respond to part throttle or trail braking well, very persistent understeer.
It drifts alright though.

I disagree about the Veyron. If you switch on the driving line aid, it will show you just how early you need to brake and, unike some cases, it's not misleading! Trying to find a balance between pulling the thing up and turning into the apex, i have the brakes set at F9/R10. (The only other car i have set up with this setting is the F2007!?) But once you get used to braking far earlier than you're used to it's quite drivable i think.

I also disagree with the X2010. I used to be incapable of keeping it on the track until i discovered the difference in reducing the controller sensitivity. (Found in driving options) For all other cars i use the default setting of 5, but for this, i need it on 2. It makes a massive difference and suddenly it's drivable!?

The Cobra definitely comes to mind as every time i've tried to use it, i've struggled with it. If traction slips, there's no saving it. I never use it unless i absolutely have to.

And here it is...My vote for the worst-handling car in GT5: The Lancia Stratos!
I cannot stand the thing and i refuse to even look at it, let alone touch it, let alone drive it. When i was going through the earlier part of the game with leveling up, grinding, etc; I bought one from the UCD just for the sake of having one. But then, like a cruel joke, the game awarded me this car as a prize on 3 separate occasions! So i have 4 of them, 3 of which are undriven. I really do hate it!! -_-

Interesting. It responds to part throttle very well when i drive it. With my brake setup as mentioned above, you can brake slightly later and turn in before you release the brake and it will slide/drift into the apex.

Also, given the tendency to understeer, think of the apex as being at least 3/4 around the corner as opposed to 1/2 way. That way, by the time the drift ends, it's already pointing where you want it.

I particularly enjoy this car on the Monza track with transmission top speed set at 330 kms. Sometimes i do this online, if you or anyone else is interested...
