Like this?

let's get some chariots while we're at it.

Mid 80's formula 1 cars. Absolutely insane power (Up to 1500bhp in qualifying trim, with full turbo boost pressure). Anyone who has driven the Rfactor F1 1985 mod will know exactly what im talking about. Complete beasts of cars, from an era of legandary drivers.

Nice thread, fantastic "hotties" pics, keep them coming! :)

I've always had a weakness for the 1976 Six Wheeler Tyrrell P34.

Already seen here so take a look at what Frank Williams came up with in the early 80's :D

This era of ATCC (Australian Touring Car Championship) Racing is what I'd like to see. The 80's to early 90's period. Nissan Skyline R32 GTR, Ford Sierra Cosworth.. yummy!

'92 Skaife GTR

'92 Dick Johnson Sierra

The BMW F1 Turbo engine which made Nelson Piquet Sr win the world championship must be the most awesome man made engine ever - because it gets more and more horse powers with each yearh of its retirement :D

I think 1200-1400hp is the correct figure. But I totally aggree with you! The turbo era was maybe the most awesome era of grand prix racing! Drivers with balls huge as basketballs, cars with simple aeros, but very strong TURBO engines... Eventhough I was born into the NA engine time, I watched some races of the turbo era and seeing those drivers wrestling the cars around the corner is awesome! ;)

But... yeah, Im sure that some users on this site will hate me for this... I don`t like the sound of those cars :) Im more a fan of the early 90s V12/V10 engines:

Maybe the most important era of grand prix racing was in the 30s... Auto Union vs Mercedes... Even drivers of the 70s/80s like Jackie Ickx have huge respect for the drivers and cars of the 30s. Cars like Bugatti Veyron or Zonda R feel like toys next to a Mercedes W125 :)

Yeah it would be nice to see those included. I doubt the Auto Union will be in there, but the W125 is always a possibility. It had something like 600bhp didn't it and that was matched again in formula one racing for around 40 years or so. I bet it would be an absolute beast to drive.

But i'm all for the turbo era F1 cars, from around 1981-1988 please 👍

I can't really think of any. Sure, 1930s, 1960s and 1980s Grand Prix racing, Group B rally cars (wouldn't mind seeing the incredibly rare Group S prototypes, either) and maybe the DTMs from when they were a silhouette series back in the late 1970s an early 1980s ... but that's about it. Everything else, like 1960s sports cars, is already covered.

Rally Group B, Rally S2000, International GT Open, Formula BMW or GP2 and WTCC. If there will be at least 2 of them, I'll be happy.

Group B cars
Group C cars
IMSA cars (GTP, GTU, etc)
ALMS cars
Grand Am cars
F1 turbo era cars
90s Le Mans cars
Early 2000 Le Mans cars

Basically a crap load of race cars and not as many street cars.

Well yeah I agree I like that, I mean mostly the lower end cars though like the little city type cars.

Thats the thing though GT is a showcase for cars no matter what make or size etc.

I'd rather have them included because sometimes the smaller cars can be fun to drive.. eg. minis 👍

Monte Carlo rallying events, from the 50's, 60's, 70's 80's.Also Group A rallying from the 70's, 80's & 90's.Rally Cross from the 80's, with Martin Shankner for example ( spelled wrong i think ) at the wheel of his many Ford RS200s.

European Rallycross would also be great.

Would be much better than WRC if you ask me, and more suited to GT, as it's circuit racing.

More DTM would be nice too, as they can be be merged pretty seamlessly with JGTC / Super GT cars. I'd love it if GT would actually officially combine series like this. ie. A Japanese / German touring car cup, with a few leveller regulations, if necessary. And having a host of '90s cars from both series would be awesome.

There is supposed to be something happening in the coming years between DTM and Super GT, supposedly one set of regulations for both so yeah they'd pretty much combine both series'

Here is a "What if" I would like to see. Richard Petty's '70 Superbird against David Pearson's '70 Torino at Indy. Since Nascar's first Indy Brickyard race was 1994 (I think that is correct), of course that race never happened, and would be interesting to see.

I would also like to see the 1970 Trans-am cars: Camaro Z/28 (already in, just need livery), Challenger T/A (could convert the R/T to a T/A and add livery), Boss 302 (they would need this one modeled), and AMX Javelin (would need this one modeled). It would be a nice surprise if Kaz has already thought of this, and modeled accordingly.
