What would you do without GT5?

I really don't understand why people need to play other games. :)

Agreed. I'd build my PS3 into my cockpit if I didn't have Blu Rays... Only other thing I play is Wipeout HD and that's installed on the hard drive. Well, that's excluding the 100+ PC games I have.

Same here. I mounted the PS3 under my seat.

Killzone 3. Never got Any were with the online game because of unlocking content in GT5.
When you think it was over another car showed up that I wanted to drive/ wear out on B-spec.

I would play and finish the 10 or so games that I've bought since Gt5 release. Some of then I've never touched.:dunce:

It's okay, I like my life better with GT5.

Playing GT5 Spec 2.0 lol. Playing NHL 12 or i think i wouldnt have PS3 without GT5.

+1

Without GT5 I might have thought about getting a PS3 because of a few games, but I might have just spent that money upgrading my PC again for FPS and PC sim racing games

Probably spent $350 (g27+rig) somewhere else. Anyway, BF3 is coming out tomorrow, so no gt5 unless I'm doing my runs for the rally series.

What would you do if for some reason you were not able to play gran turismo

I'd be playing Dorks of War 3, or building a model, or working on my car, or something else.

Meh...this is exactly the situation I'm facing now. I haven't been able to touch my PS3 or GT5 for that matter for almost 3 months and I probably won't be able to touch it for 2 more years since it's halfway across the world. Meh, in the beginning, you kinda miss the online fun with others or taking a car out for a drive on Nurb, but after a while, you just move on with other parts of life.

Though I do want to try out Spec 2.0 and Spa DLC, I'm not about to glue myself in front of the TV just for that. Before anyone bashes me for being a casual player, I'm lvl 39 A-spec (completed all events except 24h Nurb), Lvl 40 B-spec, 1,050 cars in garage (missing about 30ish cars until complete collection), and golded all events except for 5 in Special Events.

C'mon now, surely you're not holding up that well without the GT5 rush...

The internet should not be used to trick peoples mind into believing such foolish statements.

Honestly its just a game I would be a little sad but I have a life outside of games and alot of other things that are more important to me ( god, wife, family, Dogs) I would find another game or another hobby

At the moment, GT5 is the only game I have. I don't really like games but more of a car/racing nut. Without GT5, I'd probably go back to GT5P. I'd stop at GT5P because I hated GT4 because of the horrible driving physics (when using FFB wheel). Well, maybe I would play GT4 although it's probably because of Nordschleife and nothing else.
