Honestly its just a game I would be a little sad but I have a life outside of games and alot of other things that are more important to me ( god, wife, family, Dogs) I would find another game or another hobby

Hmmm, you sure? Btw, it's a sad day when your dogs get the privilage of being mentioned with a capital, really. Anyway, sorry to hear what GT5 is doing to your life.

Right now i would probably be sleeping. But tomorrow i will play Battlefield either with or without GT5:)

 That's the best thing I ever heard.

I would watch a lot of movies and shows. Nothing would change, besides the emptiness of not having a current gen driving simulator. 👍 👍 👍

Build a PC (currently only have a laptop that barely runs rFactor) and wait for rFactor 2

I already play GT5 very little (max 3-4h a week) because im with girlfriend all the time, but i dont complain :)

Haha one of the best posts I've read. Lol

I really don't understand why people need to play anything other than GT5. :)

So you've built that rig simply to play one game on it? What about all the other racing games out there?

Without GT5... I'd pop in GT3 or GT4. Without the GT series... I'd probably be on the Forza or Shift 2 boards complaining about the feel of the controls.

Of course I'd might try other racing games for the PS3 at some point but for the past 11 months all that I've played has been Gran Turismo just about every day. I was only be sarcastic about my statement however I did build and mount the PS3 to the cockpit. Personally, I really have no interest in play anything but racing games and for the past 10+ years Gran Turismo has pretty much been fit the bill for me.

I did enjoy NFS Hot Pursuit though but it's no Gran Turismo. :)

Probably mostly iRacing, F1 games, and some arcade racers. Its nice to relax a bit with a nice arcade style racer from time to time.

There are lot of video games, racing games. But GT4 was my most played PS2 game and I think GT5 will be most as well unless there is GT6P coming, before PS4 :D

Dirt 3, Arkham City, Uncharted 3, maybe pick up F1 2011.

I really only get 2-3 hours of videogame time per week anyway, which gets split between GT5 and Dirt 3 (until I finally finish all of the events, at which point I won't play Dirt 3 much anymore).

Once UC3 comes out I won't play GT5 at all until UC3 is beaten.

Now if I had no videogames at all, it really wouldn't change my life much at all, since I rarely get to play anyway. I'd just spend more time watching sports and playing with the kid. Maybe take the dog for an extra walk every week, wash the car more often, I dunno.

My Ps3 stopped working 6 months ago and I didn't replace it until last week, even though I played GT5 every day, I played some burnout in the meantime and loads of PC games (none of them racegames) and focussed more on my wh40k armies :)

So I got by, but I'm glad to have GT5 with me again ^^

Probably what I was doing before, holding a round object (a plate, bowl or large ashtray, etc.) in my hands and making vroom vroom (and vroar and vrooooaaaaw!! obviously) noises with the occasional klick or pshh sounds when shifting.
The added immersion of having a moving background when applying it in public transport is largely diminished by the blank stares or frankly rude comments you're receiving however, although there's the bonus of always having a full seat to yourself.

I would play any of my other games. I don't play GT5 very much now, but I still love it, after all, it's...Gran Turismo!
I just bought Uncharted 2, what a beatiful peace of technology, simply amazing
