lol... but the Chaparral is not that easy to get!!

True.... I do recommend the BMW McLaren, R35 TC or almost any de-tuned LMP/Group C car.

Ferrari Enzo will do the job :)

I'd recomend any modern (1988 and beyond) LMP car detuned as it will let a driver get used to a LMP car before they run a Full Fat version in a pucker Enduro - You can also test out suspension settings and get paided hideous amounts of kazulas for doing your 5 lap test runs.

R35 TC
GTR N24 Schulze Motorsport
Zonda LM Race Car
Mclaren F1 GTR Race Car
and
XJ220 LM Race Car

Thats my list

HKS R35 GT800R Spec - 804hp, 628pp!

A blessing to drive...great tune by HKS (ich122's replica tune), very easy win!

For street cars the McLaren F1 is hard to beat ...but is almost too quick to be thoroughly enjoyable. A notch lower is the Nissan GT-R Spec V which is slightly slower but is very controllable. And do not ignore the Corvette ZR1 (C6) and Viper SRT10 ACR ...the amount of sheer "American Muscle" is engaging to say the least ...

I would agree with all of the aforementioned cars, and would add R34 TC, R33 TC, R32 TC and Aventador. There are way more than that, But they are the ones that spring to mind wich you havnt already heared.👍

I drive the R35TC with a modified Praiano tune.
Bob drives a 2J with a modified Praiano tune.

We have collected every possible ticket. Thanks Praiano for the help. I find the R35TC to be so much fun to drive with my limited ability.

Realistically, and having recently tried a bunch of cars at the latest Suzuka race, I would say the BMW McLaren is the best, though depends on how you feel about downtuning, as mine seems to be a little run-in so is around 653PP. However seeing as it frequently appears as an opponent, I break my usual rule of not downtuning and click down a few times so it can take part :)

Best of the rest for me is the R35 GTR TC, as it is very planted and smooth to drive. I post very similar times in the Zonda Race Car, GT Test Car and GTR Race Car (the red one with the big wing) but they are all twitchier, to varying degrees. These can also all be tweaked a little to max out at 650PP.

Jag XJ220 is a fair bit slower and I wouldn't touch the Enzo, tuned or otherwise, but I only run the same tyres as my opponents in those races, ie. Racing Hards. Yet to try the Furai, and I should as my Bobs do OK with it.

I'll share the HKS GT800R tonight if you want to try it out....against your R35TC :-)

Of course I want to try this car. I want to drive them all. I will be on at reset so no hurry Sir. Thank you. :)

I've found a stage 3 turbo on the Xanavi Nismo Z 06 turns it in to a lovely car to drive. Although PP rises to 646 with oil change + aero changed up full not the magical 650

I use my Bentley Speed 8 detuned. With my tune, it handles like its on rails at 650pp and also at full power. Currently using it for the A-Spec 24hr. race at Sarth. By far my favorite car besides the NASCAR cars, of course.

Not sure as I really haven't paid attention to my times there. I'll give it a go tho with some different cars and let ya know what I come up with.

Try to run some hot laps and see what you get. Post in in my other thread so I can put it up for times:tup:

For the current style of Seasonals, I run the following pretty much every time to get the gold first, then I experiment with others:

400pp - VW T1 Samba Bus :)

500pp - BMW M3 CSL '03

650pp - Mazda Furai Concept

Depends. I found the VW Nardo concept surprisingly good on high speed tracks, however most of the time you'll need a car with lots of downforce if to compete with anything. I recommend the Peugeot 905 (12000+ RPM yeeeaaahhh!).

The Xanavi Nismo GT-R '08 is not quickest, but its a lot of fun and sound great, and its still a sub 6 min. car on the ring no.4 A-spec.

Xanavi Nismo GT-R will hit a 6:15 at the fastest,Nomad Diablo GT-1 wil hit 6:05ish

The R35TC is pretty good, needs some engine mods, tune over 650 then power limit down, the power and torque are flatlined and makes the car super drive able. Recently I paid 5 mil for the Audi R8 LMS Team Playstation and with all engine mods got it to 642. Is is very competitive. The 2J is actually a 720+ car if you compare the HP and weight with LMP cars. It's a gun in a knife fight.

Its probably slower than the Nomad Diablo, but it is still able to hit under 6 min.
