Carl's Jr. Double Western is my fave. Also 6 Dollar Burger, because it was like a burger you'd get in a real restaurant--thick, with everything on it.

does chicken count? Burger King's Spicy Tendercrisp chicken sandwich is totally awesome, considering it's fast food. It's what I get if I'm forced to eat fast food.

I'm gonna have to go with the Carls Jr's Six Dollar Guacamole something burger. It's very good.

Other mentions(by restaurants):

1/2 lb. Double Stack Burger at Wendy's

Big Mac at McDonalds

Texas Double Whopper at Burger King

In-N-Out is so awesome and loved, people write songs about it.

If I cannot find and In-N-Out, this would do nicely...

And for lunch today, with my little buddy, we had these...

White Castle Cheeseburgers

They have White Castle in Cali now?

I thought it was still an East Coast only thing.

There's one. Only one. Been here a few years. I, however, don't go there. I bring home the microwavable WCCBs from the grocery store. Been eating them for a long time.

Oh, I'll take a Bob's Big Boy or a Big Mac, too. Told ya, Solid Lifters loves cheeseburgers.

And Apple Pan...

And Fat Burger...

And Carney's...

And EZ Out...

etc.

Thanks, Solid. :ouch: You guys, just drop it!
Sorry, couldn't resist it! :p

As for the burgers, I used to be partial to a McDonald's Big Tasty burger (although you feel like a complete wally asking for one)... depended on the individual restaurant, though, whether you got a fresh, hot one... I had one in Edinburgh and it was lousy, I had one in Oxford Street (central London) and it was pretty crap as well, but the McD's in Golders Green (North London) never failed - they would even bring it to your seat for you if you had to wait on one being cooked... rare good service in a McDonald's!!

Big Tasty and Mcnífico Bacon. I don't know the English name for this last one.

...I guess my list may be a bit different...

1) Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger: Well, they taste pretty darn good, and they are only $0.99, so you really can't go wrong with picking them.

2) Burger King's Whopper: Its a classic, and it always sounds great. Although I don't have a Burger King as close to my house as I would like, I occasionally pick them up on the way home... Too bad most of their employees are so slow...

3) White Castle: Any time I head South or East of Grand Rapids, I have to go to White Castle. I believe the closest one is about two hours away by car, and that sucks... But I do buy the ones in the freezer section at Meijer a lot. I actually had some earlier this week...

Burger King XXL Bacon Double Cheeseburger :D

I pig out at Burger King's cause I dont go often. lol

Burger King XXL Bacon Double Cheeseburger :D

Amen to that!

Honourable mentions:
BK Whopper
Mcdonalds double cheeseburger
And anything from Big Mouths Burger Bar, although if i had to choose just 1 from there, the 3/4 pounder with extra cheese. mmmm man thats good.

EDIT: Forgot about the classic kingsize at WImpy, good burger:p

We don't get the best fast food selection here in Western Pa, mostly just the major chains like Wendy's, McDonald's, and Burger King. I really wish we had some of the less common ones that have been mentioned such as Sonic, In-N-Out, or even White Castle.

That being said, I like the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger from Wendy's. I always get it with ketchup instead of mayo, and since it's only a dollar, you can't go wrong with it.

White Castle cheeseburgers are also awesome, and I really wish I had a White Castle closer to me, still, if I ever see a White Castle in my travels, I always make a point to stop there, it's good stuff. I've had the microwaved ones that Solid mentioned, but they really don't do it for me, I don't like microwaved cheeseburgers very much, plus you can't get that awesome hot sauce stuff that they have in the restaurant.

The Big Mac is great too.

And for fast food breakfasts, nothing can surpass the classic egg mcmuffin for me, I enjoy that more than any other fast food meal.

Fast food in general:
Arby's - Chicken, Bacon and Swiss
Wendy's - Spicy Chicken Sandwich, no tomatoes

Burger specific:
Famous Dave's Devil's Spit Burger

I normally just get a double cheese burger from McDonalds, but my favorite burger is definately Hardee's monster thick burger or whatever its called. The one with the bacon on it. I like Krystal cheese burgers too. Very similar to White Castle.

I bring home the microwavable WCCBs from the grocery store. Been eating them for a long time.

Mmmm. Thanks for reminding me that they sell those. I need to go get some. :D
