When exactly does the game freeze

1 Freezes on the car selection screen when changing performance parts(PS3)

PS3. Freezes if i switch between body kits too fast, freezes on the Dakota Tri Oval time trial on lap 3 everytime. Freezes if i switch between rims too fast. Thats only when i play online though, since ive been playing offline, i havent had a single freeze.

The game freezes even before it starts up when I try to play it using my secondary account.

Had it freeze on several races during the DMac race series. When i finish teh race it always freezes when loading up the next race

PS3: Changing liveries on the Exige (Prize Car) too fast will cause a FREEZE!

I see a trend here... anything changing to fast makes the game freeze... a RACING game... sweet irony

Mine froze only once between races i don't remember where but it was early in the game.

- Once in the carlot looking at the Viper SRT10, froze on a button press
- Once when a race was about to start, I was pressing the X button and it froze

It has froze on me three times now. The first time I was looking at rims for my car and I accidentally put a 15" rim on my back when I had 20" rims on the front. The second time was on the first Miami course you can do (the longer one). The final time I was in the middle of a race and it simply locked up.

Porsche 918 spyder concetp works converted around Pergusa at night. Can't finish the 1st lap without the game freezes. Tested several times...

Freezes occasionally during upgrade selection, freezes most often during races with very fast cars. Up to B-Class I can run all day, no problem. When I use works converted supercars like the Porche 918 or McClaren F1 or anything in the 1900+ range, it freezes at least once and hour, sometimes more. I really hope the guys from SMS see this because I really like this game and this is the only thing that keeps me from playing this game more often.

freeze in upgrade mode, failing, to load the car with bodywork
freeze during loading a race, displaying "loading .", otherwise black screen

The freezes are so far occasionally.
Never was any modification or race result lost.

Freezes around nurb in quick race or time attack - with Gumbert or mcalaren f1 iif I drive flat out, can use the same car and puttle round and no freezing.

PS3 version. Freezes if I try to do a quick race of the Nurburgring and set it for more than 1 lap. Freezes two-thirds of the time if I use a works modified car, even if it's only 1 lap. Freezes when I'm in the upgrade menu. Froze once online at the beginning of a race. Freezes quite often online when the timer has finished counting down and we're waiting for the race to load.

You change icon too fast in the main menu? freeze.
You change livery too fast? freeze
you change bodywork in tuning too fast? freeze
you scrool down cars too fast in garage? freeze
you're racing too fast with a works car? freeze

plus random freeze while failing loading.


i got "only" 3 freezes so far, all of them in the tuning section changing bodywork realy fast.

I had 2 freezes on the first two days I had the game... it happened in menus. Haven't had another freeze since. So maybe it's network related?

Here it should not be network related.
I bought the game, when PSN was down already.
Since I have the game, the PS3 has not been signed in once.

Today, I had two freezes again - one, while loading a track in a 3 event challenge, the other while in the upgrade menu.
