One of the features were to be checkpoint saves for series races (like in GT3 and 4), don't know the other features. With everything going on in and around Japan right now I honestly wouldn't expect it any time this month, or perhaps even next.

An update will be out when PD releases it and speculating on when is pointless.

As for what will be in the update, again, only PD knows but there are plenty of things people would like.
