Yes, select "Start Type". Not sure if you can use it on every track but I'm 100% sure on speedways as mentioned above. ^^^^^^^

I tried that out one of the few times i manages to make my room full... Ofcourse it turned out to be total chaos and soon after that my server was almost empty. Last time i will try that with random people. But it sure is a fun way to race with friends!
