where is the original Gran Turismo settings foundry?

I have been looking all over for fine-tuning posts for cars in the original Gran Turismo. If there is nothing here, perhaps you can guide me to a place that has them? Thanks.

Yep, that's the old Settings Foundry. We started out small.

It was intended to be a library of settings that people could add to or browse.
