On that note, really just about any car on the 'Ring at night.

Driving a Ruf Yellowbird around the Nordschleife at night and during rainfall is my wet dream...pun intended.
 
There's so many combinations I'm looking forward to doing, I don't know where to start.

But driving WRC and other AWD cars on the Eiger rally tracks is definitely one of them. 👍

Ferrari F40 at Monza

FC3S (drift tuned of course) at Trial Mountain (and deep forest)

And I think the LF-A would be fun at Grand Valley

Fiat 500 - Tight, twisty tracks (Cape Ring, Nurburg, Course Maker etc.)
Lexus LF-A - Trial Mountain
Ferrari 458 Italia - Monza and Rome, maybe Madrid too
McLaren MPC-P12 (sp?) - Course Maker; open roads mostly
General cars like Citroens and Hyundais - Mountain cruises
Japanese imports like FD3S/FC3S, R32/33/34/35, JZA80 and more - SSR7, Tsukuba, Fuji, mostly drift tracks
Rally/WRC cars - Snow/Dirt/Eiger Nordwand
 
Almost forgot about TGTT...wouldn't mind thrashing the SP1 round there.
 
Any car, in a Test Course replica if I can make one in the Course Maker.............{I hope.}

Altezza on SSR5 :) My favorite car on my favorite track.

Since the Altezzas are standard, if I had to pick a premium for it, it'd be the Tesla Roadster ;)
 
Ford MkIV Race Car at Le Mans. That's history ...

I'm also pretty pumped to throw the Ferrari 458 Italia around the Nurb.
