Dom00000The hood view feels like your more connected with the track and have more control.
Interior on premiums and hood for standards unless it's the Caterham or Prowler etc
dr_slumpI start with the chase view to check if the start was good, then I switch to the bumper view to see the rpm number better and to precisely hit the shift. After that shift I switch again back to the chase view to check where I'm at and then again to the bumper view for the shift, and so on....
btw, off topic but the lyrics in your sig- monster by skillet, and also those are awsome bands lol
Of courseHmmm.. Maybe 3K????
Haha good knowledge there son and thank you I agree also![]()
I thought the HUD is the same in bumper, cockpit and hood/roof view?1st person view in drag racing. It allows me to see the tachometer better.

Or do you really mean the car's tacho? It's normally harder to read that one.
I thought you meant the cockpit view with 1st person. In 1st person (bumper) you get a dial type gauge set. you also get the same in cockpit view in standard cars. The cockpit view could work but I suck and tend to drift out of my lane when using itWhen viewing from roof or 3rd person (camera behind car) all you get is that horizontal bar at the bottom of the screen. The horizontal bar makes it more difficult to hit the shift points (for me anyway). I do use the 3rd person view for drag racing when I'm using a car in auto. True the premium cars cockpit view is hard to read the tachometer in.
