Why cant I trade cars?

For the past few days I have been trying to give a car to a friend and it wont work. It keeps giving me "upload failed". Am I doing this wrong?

You must make sure you are connected to the GT servers before you can gift a car.
When you have been playing Gt Life you will disconnect from the servers. You can check this by clicking on the community tab and try to look at the log of one of your friends. If it does not show your friends there then you are not connected.

Go back to the main menu and re-enter GTlife and you should re-connect to the servers. Then you should be able to gift the car.

Sometimes you may gift a car and it still not get there. Happened to me yesterday and I lost my Minolta. It said operation complete and the car dissappeared but it did not arrive where it was sent.

So was the car lost forever and ever? Has the car reached its destination or been returned to you since?

I do not know yet. I have 2 accounts and I tryed to sent it over to the other account to run the like the wind race but it did not show up. That was yesterday. I did send another car afterwards and it did arrive. I used it and sent it back but no sign of the Minolta.

It is remotely possible that I sent it to the wrong place. I doubt it but it is possible. Maybe I'll send my friends on either side a message and see if they got a free Minolta yesterday.
