Why does the Chaparral 2X have TCS forced on?

Usually cars in GT6 don't have TCS forced on (and can be turned off)
But on the 2X the TCS is always forced on and can never be set to off.

The wheels aren't driven by the powertrain so there isn't any traction problem when on throttle.

But TCS should be forced on off rather than on.

TCS is useless on it because, as @David Talle said, it's driven by thrust rather than wheel rotation. Maybe the forced-on state is because it's impossible to break loose from a stop. I love the thing regardless--it's so different from anything else (I can't stress this enough) in the game. But boy howdy is it a handful.

I dont know I gave up on it as its not satisfying to me to have X2011 grip on throttle and road car grip off throttle.
