Will there be a October Car Pack?

New to this game. Do they come out with a new DLC car pack every month like Forza 6?

Forza 6 have 12 car packs but was not sure if Horizon 3 will also have 12 car packs as well.

There will be at least 6 regular car packs from october to march (season pass). There will be two larger expansions, as well. The first will be available later this year.
