WRC 2 (2011) DLC for PC

Hi. I'm started playing WRC 2 from today. There are 2 DLC's in WRC 2 available are "East African Safari Rally" and "Tokyo Urban Stage Rally".

For PC version, did those 2 DLC's released? Or did those already included in game?
