I got a burn-in of the A-pillar of the Supra Turbo A when I was cruising it around the ring for just a wee bit to long. (An entire night.)

Anyway, to answer your question, many TVs got an anti-burn-in mode in their service menu (ironically called "burn in mode" on my TV) which will at the start up of the TV make the screen flash various colors which might possibly fix some burn-in.

Haha simmilar...

Being told by my friend i have 'driven' over 30,000 miles in a month! Only managed half that in 12 months in my real car! :(

... When you see a car smashed up on the side of the road and think "Man, that guy must be level 40 for THAT kind of damage".

...when I get into my car and I'm really excited it has an interior and custom rims....because in GT5 it doesn't

When you hear someone in a piano store playing "The Entertainer", and have an overwhelming desire to break their fingers.

Really?, I get an overwhelming desire to change their car's oil.

When your girlfriend becomes overweight, the first thing you tell her is to go and get Weight reduction Stage 1 and 2.

when a hole appears in a wall close to your television, with a DS3 in pieces on the floor. 👍

Take a break if you experience any of the following:

* you all of a sudden wonder if after all this time...your Bob might really be a Bobette.

* the design of the Caparo T1 simultaneously enrages you and makes you want an energy drink...even if you never heard of either thing before.

* you play Pokemon and own at least one named after your Bobs.

** you have the tendency to yell at aforementioned PokeBob to increase pace and overtake purely out of habit.

* you think race modifying a stock NSX should take no more than ten seconds.

* you spend hours searching a real 2CV looking for its ECU.

* hearing The Entertainer gives you an awful feeling in your wallet...or prompts you to look at the paint chips you have in your house while it's being renovated.

* you have unspeakably dangerous tinkering ideas involving a go-kart chassis and a shop vac.

* you have no idea why the CLK GTR flip happened because the Mulsanne straight had no steep elevation changes last time you checked.

* you think the characters in Initial D and Wangan Midnight are either wimps or not leveled up enough.

* you watch Chobits expecting Hideki to teach Chii about pace and overtaking...what with her being artificially intelligent and all.

* you are consoled by the idea that at least Hammond has a trophy for his rollovers, great and small.

**...and that Jeremy Clarkson has joined him thanks to Reliant.

* you spend ages trying to race on the Test Track against any of the co-presenters...including one T. Stig.

* you have recreated your entire car collection from your last GT game in GT5.

* documentaries of the Bell X-1 perplex you because you keep looking for Sebastian Vettel.

* you want to pitch Gerard Way out of a high window...and you don't even hate My Chemical Romance.

When I finally get a proper car with a good setup to beat that tough race on the hundredth try, and on the final straight before the finish I go to rear view and actually curse the alpha-AI car (loudly)...

When I've spent 99 percent of my time stressing over all the Indy grinding to afford those dumb $10+ million dollar cars, and I've spent less than 1 percent of the rest thinking about my actual rent, car payment, clothing, food, bills and other things I need in real life to, you know, LIVE...

When I keep wishing that my paltry $1.6 million would generate interest while the PS3 was off...

When I keep searching the GT menus in vain to find some GTA-style side-job to earn extra money (taxi, ambulance, fire, stuntman, etc.)

You know you have played too long when you are trying to put your entire garage and values on to a flash drive.:)

Then gives it away to a friend.👍 (Dont ask how)

And when you thought you have done so, you realize that its not that easy to restore with a FU****G flash drive.:scared:

True story - this weekend we were at a Jazz & Fondue bar and once the band started playing, all I could think about was browsing dealerships for just the right Premium!

When your GT5 disc develops a crack from all the use (which really did happen and it stopped working).

Lucky GT5 came late, because Best Buy counted it as a Christmas gift and exchanged the disc for me :)

When...
-You put MP3s of songs from GT 1-4 on your PS3 hard drive to listen to while you race, pining for classic PS1-2 memories.
-You use certain racing games like ModNation Racers as "GT5 practice".
-You use MNR's track editor to build Gran Turismo-like courses, or set the number of AI opponents to 5 like the PS1 and 2 days, even going as far as using the Pure Race settings.
-You create a MNR Mod like the drivers' suits in GT5.
-You play NASCAR 09 as the drivers' cars that are also in GT5...way too much.
-You have dreams of driving in Tokyo R246 or the other courses.
-You watch the One Tree Hill episode "I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning" - from Season 2 where Nathan (James Lafferty) goes too fast, hits the wall and crashes a NASCAR Nextel (now Sprint Cup) Series Chevrolet Monte Carlo (now Impala) and when you play GT5, you try to force an AI driver to make that same mistake in an A-Spec or B-Spec event in a NASCAR Sprint Cup car.
-In the U.S., you watch shows such as The Price is Right or Let's Make a Deal and if a PS3 is offered as a prize (and if you already have GT5), you check to see if GT5 is one of the games that comes with the prize.
-You watch the former as explained above to see if the car offered as at least a Pricing Game or Showcase prize is playable in GT5.
-You watch shows such as Top Gear and (in the U.S.) SPEED's Battle of the Supercars to see if cars featured are playable in GT5.
-You wear a racing suit similar to the driver models in GT5.

Holy crap these are all awesome and since I had to rebuy a PS3 for GT5 and got Modnation racers with it I may just open it up and try it out now lol
