Forgot who said it, but is oh so trueYesterday I was shopping in Jewel. The guy who goes outside in the freezing cold and collects the shopping carts and brings them in walked in just as I did, and handed me a cart as a kind gesture. Little did I know that this shopping cart would be the absolute best 'handling' shopping cart I've ever come across. I think he lubed it all up with WD40 just before I got there, because there was absoutely no squeakage at all. Naturally I 'drifted' it through every turn o' the aisle, right in front of 40 year old women trying to find the cheaper kind of rice.... I got a few looks. The cart didn't try to tip over or anything. It took it with ease, the little 4 wheels were sideways and perfectly aligned. Thank you, Jewel shopping cart man for knowing I would appreciate.... your best cart.
And thank you, GT4.
Korndawgyou know your playing gt4 too much when you ride your bike around the neighborhood trying to master the correct racing line to try in your real life car![]()

Am I the only one to have a shopping cart race at 2am in a 24hour walmart?
atteiroswhen you find yourself waking at 2am with the compelling urge to turn your tv on and check if your B-spec driver is still in first place...
when, while driving to work, you find yourself looking for the start button so you can restart because there's just no way you can make it on time... (gold license tests anyone?![]()

silent_bob_gerdamn right!
same thing every day. i really need to find a way to plug my DS2 in my dashboard.
but a car change would be more effective, i think.
a Skyline GT-R (R34) should easily solve this problem.![]()
atteirosAnd my number 1 way of knowing if you're playing GT4 too much...
... when you have a bumper sticker on your soccer-mom wagon saying "My Other Car's a Black Polyphony Digital Formula Gran Turismo" (which gives me an idea...)![]()
atteirosI think plugging the DS2 on your dashboard might be cheaper.![]()
Now for my top 10 list....
number 10... when your idea of car maintenance is an oil change and a car wash.![]()
9... when for the 1st time since 1998, after almost a decade of playing GT games, you suddenly realize that you can look to your left or right in a real car, without having to press the d-pad...'
8... when you ask for your prize car at the DMV after passing your license exams.
7... when after changing from N1's to Super soft tires a billion times on GT, you find yourself calling your Dad at home when you blow your tires on the way to the prom.
6... when you think that the sole purpose of an e-brake in cars is to drift through corners.
5... when you start giving tips on how to take pictures, and you don't even own a camera.
4... when, after commenting on how you hate your car's color, your neighbor suggests you have it re-painted and you end up replying "You can do that?"
3... when the most important part of buying a real car for the first time is checking which races you can enter it in.
2... when you buy and sell cars to see if the days go by faster...
And my number 1 way of knowing if you're playing GT4 too much...
... when you have a bumper sticker on your soccer-mom wagon saying "My Other Car's a Black Polyphony Digital Formula Gran Turismo" (which gives me an idea...)

atteiros"You know you're playing too much GT4 when after the light turns green at an intersection and you step on the accelerator, you look around to see if you're going faster than your ghost car."👍 👍
