A new set of Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges goes live this Friday, October 9, as your console clock crosses midnight. That means five events with seven days to clear them and bonus tickets for finishing.
If you’re new to the format, Weekly Challenges unlock once you’ve completed the GT Cafe career through Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie. Each set has four standard World Circuits races plus one Special Event, and the bonus tickets for one, three, and five completions land in your Gifts (redeem them before they expire). With clean race bonuses, the cash and prizes across a full set add up to roughly 1.3m credits.
This Week’s Highlights
If the Special Event feels a little familiar, it should. It’s a one-make race for the Hyundai Ioniq 6 N ’25, which also headlined the September 11 set four weeks ago, when it ran five laps at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. This time the Ioniq heads to Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise, again over five laps and again for an 80,000cr win reward.
The biggest payout is at Suzuka Circuit, where the Gr.1 Prototype Series runs ten laps for cars up to 950PP on racing tires and pays 175,000cr. It’s also the one race this week with the multipliers turned up, with fuel consumption at 8x and tire wear at 6x.
The rest of the set is more modest. The Jimny Cup at Grand Valley South is three laps for the Suzuki Jimny XC ’18 or Jimny Sierra JC ’18, worth 47,000cr. The European FR Challenge 550 at Autodrome Lago Maggiore East is five laps for front-engine, rear-drive European road cars at 40,000cr, and the Sunday Cup at Brands Hatch Indy Circuit rounds things out with five laps for road cars and 37,000cr. Completion rewards finish with a Six-Star Roulette Ticket (Car) rather than a credit ticket.
