Sikus are above 1:60 scale. They're big boys. Like Norevs for instance:

2014 Racing Retro
Renault 4L

Guess Sikus and Norevs are the grown-ups of the scale car industry, eh? Not quite HW size, but still pretty good.

And speaking of good, that 4L looks very nice. 👍 But is it just me or does that rear end have a higher ride height than the front end? It doesn't look balanced in stance...

Picked up my first M2 today.

Also found these at Target.

Camaro from Christine:

I must have. But since it's a '67 Camaro, every Camaro collector/scalper/hoarder will take them all and eBay prices will be through the roof.

Just picked this up. I know it's nitpicking, but it annoys me how it says 'BMW M1' as the name of the car, and it says it on the number plates too. M1 and 1M are 2 very different cars... but it's nice nonetheless. :)

For some stupid reason, after they called the car the 1M to avoid confusion with the original M1, BMW told Matchbox to call it the M1 now. Totally against their initial logic. :odd:

So my Walmart had ZERO mainline Hot Wheels for like one week. I see a few on there today, so excited to finally get some new cars, Datsun 510 Wagons, or maybe Super Treasure Hunts....... All ancient mainlines. Later, guy who was helping me with the ammunition starts talking about how they've been out of hot wheels for while, as he's scanning couple of track cars I picked up for my nephews. I tell him I noticed(!), then he says that he was told that it had to do with the dock strike or some contract situation, which been on the news, I think in Cali? He said that he didn't believe it, but he does have 147 more on order. At least I think that's what he told me, 147 cars. That's not enough. :banghead:
I really need to stop buying these things very very soon. I should begin by unsubscribing from email notifications from eBay. Won't ever look at anything after that.... most likely. Edit: I just unsubscribed to everything I had except for the Beads Triple A Gallardo. I'd kill two mockingbirds for that.
This hobby is a bottomless pit. I look at Johnny, or Jason(with his hot wheels) for inspiration.

I don't think i can quit TLVs though. :p
On a serious note (yes, I'm as surprised as you are). Got your AmiAmi invoice for this month yet? Mine came in a couple of days ago and just paid it this afternoon. The N Attack GT-R is freakin rad and all but man, really looking forward to getting my hands on the Toyopet Crown. Feels like I've been waiting for that one for ages!

Edit: Wait, has your AmiAmi order from last month even arrived yet?
That would be a no on both accounts. Invoice - I added a Choro-Q(Skyline Police Car) + orange Kyosho Hakosuka Skyline, so mine's still pending. Last month's AmiAmi Order - It took them five days to transfer the package from L.A. Customs to L.A. Post Office *flips Andy's table again* but I do expect to see them this week.
I got both of those racer Crowns. I can not wait.
Amazing eh? Japan Booster got them in as well. Akiyo didn't think there would be interest in the Snake Motors Crown but I told him there probably would be, especially with that bonkers design. Hopefully he will list them.
Great advice. You have to mix it up little bit to keep them interested. 👍
Especially that Snake Motors Crown, it looks like something out of an American Stock Car race. And it's brilliant, I'm sure there will be demand for it. Even if people don't know the story behind it...
Good eye. ;) One of the guys in that Snake Motors brand thing(he's also one of those 1/64 figures included), he is a Japanese celebrity & also a renowned American-anything junkie.
I would've thought the GT3 came in. But nooooo, the CLK DTMs had to take the express line from the west coast over the weekend.
....... I just checked tracking on my Bentley GT3 and it says that it's been ready for pick up since this afternoon. I was just there. Some idiot at my post office forgot to set it out for me. :irked:

Which scale are those? Not getting on you, just curious.

Not this one. Automatic pass. :yuck:

I didn't know that they changed it. Good on them. 👍

This hobby is a bottomless pit.

We bunch are weak blokes letting material possessiveness control our innate desire to conquer ornaments- soon to be antiques the day our spines go brittle.

There is only one way out of this...Video tape ourselves (with black bars across our faces) burning up our entire collection and making the video go viral.

There is only one way out of this, but we fear the withdrawal syndromes.
Very few of them, but they do actually go up in value, which is nice. I used to collect basketball cards, and when I sold off 90% of the valuable ones I had(tiny chunk of overall collection), it probably came close to paying off whatever amount I ever spent in basketball cards.

While I don't expect that many home runs in this hobby, at least it's little different than smoking/drinking it all away. :D

Still, yeah. I do need to trim my collection in a big way.

While I adore the GL Galaxie casting(I have the same police car), their Z28 Camaro, something I find off with it. I have couple of those myself, and while they can look really cool from certain angles, they seem awkward from others. Stance, wheels, casting, I'm not sure. I've never been able to put my finger on it. I sold off GL Trans Ams for the same reason. It's not as bad on the Z28s.

I'll agree on the Camaro, and I know what it is. The wheel offset is way off, i.e the wheels are too 'sunken in'. Looks great in a profile shot, but at an angle you can see how far in the wheels are and it makes it look goofy. Thankfully in my wall display you mainly see it from the side, so it's acceptable.

Bentley GT3 sold for $27.99 Buy it Now!?

This $17.99 GT3 just keeps sounding better and better!

People have been bidding well over $20 for this. We'll see just how long it will take for the value to settle.

Oh you and all your extra things. If you just stuck with TLV's, you wouldn't have this problem. :p And hopefully last months order does arrive this week. 👍

I didn't want to wait and risk the thing blowing up in price in a few months. Ended up bidding and winning one for US$30 +$5 shipping last week. No regrets.
