Don't get sick of stuff you won't see anyway, yabi. :p I've been able to find the 180SXs from time to time, but they are never there next time I look. 510, they don't last more than few hours on the pegs around here.

I found the 180SX before you did lol

Not fair!

I forgot all about that. Starting to wonder if Mattel distribute straight from where they are made(Malaysia).
Anyone know where to find a Pennzoil Nismo GT-R (R34) in 1/64? I'm finding barely any that are under $30.
Would @AOS- or @RCKakashi14 know? This would be like a Kyosho thing, right? I don't even see a 1/64 on eBay(1/61 was the closest). I did run into this Choro-Q I'd LOVE to have, but it's almost $40. :scared:
I only have good stuff. ;)
I've been wanting that thing for over a year now! At least it feels like over a year!
And yesterday afternoon, got these
Still can't find that Bimmer. Bummer.

I was blogging this "Toys Club" exclusive today:

I finally googled this "Toys Club" today, and they are from Kitahara Toy Museum. Yokohama, I believe. They are very rare here in the U.S. Mystery solved.

I found this shop that sells tons of 1/64s and got some goodies. Paid $12 for all 4 which wasn't too bad imo

And Mr Lamey is selling some of his personal stash on eBay and there's some eye popping stuff there

Mr Lamley has a large population of 1/64 collectors in the palm of his hand thanks to his huge social influence on the community.

You ask him to simply pass along the word of your listings, and BAM your page is full of bidders.

Yep.

And the price of that RLC 510 is going to be bonkers considering where it's currently at and there's still a week left on the auction.

Me & Jason had those dual-autograph version by BRE, but these RLC version were even rarer.....
A large proportion of the Toys Club releases are fictional liveries in tribute to the museum founder, Mr. Kitahara.
It prompted google search once I saw both the rice store & air conditioning dealer vehicles had name "Kitahara". :D

@TheSkyliner - that Pennzoil GT-R is one among those Nissan dealer edition models that are rare as unicorns, so don't expect them to cost under 30 USD. Heck, even I can't catch a whiff of the custom blue Nissan Fairlady Z (S30) of the same brand and scale.

These arrived this afternoon. TLV Honda CR-X's and Tomica Premium Toyota 86.

CR-X's are so nice, couldn't be more impressed with them. But there's something about the white one that is bothering me no end...

Little bit of white plastic stuck to the inside of the windscreen? Beyond annoying.

Yeah, based on the fact that jauce bases their auctions on yen (@AOS) and the rest have a ridiculous price tag (or aren't even on eBay at all), I might just pass this one up.

For now..

I get all excited when I see the box art for those Premium models, then I see the car and I'm like....meh. Sealed doors might make them slightly better.

The fact that the rear spoiler has to be user-installed on the white one bugs me, especially considering that China did the installing on previous versions. TLV looking to cut labor costs?

So you did a two TLV CRXs + one Tomica Premium as well(mine's Impreza). 86 looks nice. 👍
What is that?

I agree. TLV, it lives up to expectations. Premium.... meh. Mainline Tomicas.... no comment. :p

I even complained about the Supra chin-spoiler thing. Not pleased.
My first Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt.
Congrats! If he asks to see, don't hand it over to @Spacegoat , he will not hand it back....

Edit: Also, it's the "Super" Treasure Hunt. Rubber tires.

Huh. I thought most treasure hunts had rubber tires. This was an even better find, then!
When I started collecting, maybe like five years ago?(not sure) They had Treasure Hunt with plastic tires & "Super/$uper" Treasure Hunt with slightly different paint job & rubber tires. Same casting.

Today, many Treasure Hunts are based on lot of mediocre to undesirable castings(still plastic tires), and Supers based on more popular cars & comes with rubber tires.

Few years ago, I suggested on here that they should make Treasure Hunts garbage cars & produce the heck out of popular castings, so we can beat the scalpers....... It really did come true, but it's kinda bummer now to see the Treasure Hunts become so lame. Supers of course are still rare, because it cost more to produce.
