So starting this year the Redline Club exclusive releases will have this type of finish:

(test pieces to show new finish, there will not be a red Batmobile...)

Edit: I only skimmed the quoted post, the Olds I have is the Hot Ones version.

So, anyone else seen the new Ferrari 5-pack? I saw some at Target the other day...

That FF looks so much better than the 2011 variations. Also digging that 512M and 330P4.

Well, they butchered my Astro(my favorite midivan). Brat does look awesome, but man, that Astro. I guess it's still better than another Caravan!

I'm digging the Astro. Sure it looks completely stupid, but damn it's awesome.
P.S. I don't know if you guys noticed, but Cano had that same look in his eyes, when he grabbed & pork chop sandwiched from that kid in the store.

👍

Heck that's a fair price for the mint Olds alone.

I bid as if I were buying just the 442. The rest were just freebies.

Question:

When you guys are buying things for one another, how does $ change hands? Paypal? I often want several of the items people state are available, but without knowing how to get cash to folks, I'm at a loss.

Yes, Paypal dude. For example, I've sent AOS some money already and owe him moar, as he accumulates stuff in my bottomless box; with Jason, I'll work out a total soon as my box is smaller. Or trades, as with a6m5, with shipping expenses falling in each's wallet.

At least in my experiences

You could always use a money order - but Paypal is easy to set up, faster and cheaper - so maybe you want to look into it. You probably have a Paypal account already; don't you deal with eBay?

Picked up a whole bunch of 2013s - lots of tampos on the muscle cars and also got a Caddy Sixteen Concept and a Flying Customs Dumpin' A. Pics later, as I'm extremely busy catching up with all the work I refused pre-season. Miss you guys, but I try to drop for a few minutes everyday. :(

Seems that second link I posted for that Honda Civic had a bad bidder or something because the price dropped from $700 to $10...

I got several bids on the same car. If the unfortunate case of me winning all of them happens, does anyone want any?

A client of ours just let a coworker know he has a few thousand hot wheels, johnny lightning and matchbox cars in package from the 60s through 1995 ( he was sure of that date) and asked us if we knew anyone who may be interested...

The unsuspecting person might have thought my desk was equipped with an ejection option as I flew around the corner to learn of his "problem"

He just "wants to get rid of them."

I might know a person... (cough...cough...ME!!!!!)

I don't want to get my hopes up, but as the collection he has come into stopped growing in 1995, I at least know it wont be full of early 2000s crap.

-------------------------------------

Grabbed a tomica skyliner train and hypercity set at Marshals for just $11(!) the two tuesday mornings close to me are FULL of "new" stuff. Vintage series cars for 2.99 and 2011 hot ones for 1.99.

Some supermarket cars from a usually a non-supermarket guy!(I kid, nice cars as usual).

P.S. Nice machine SVX! Is there a video of that?

I got three packages from eBay today:

1) Few pieces from Oklahoma.

2) After getting the Garage 30-car set, unlike Jason, I was not impressed with the GTO. Wrong color. I fixed it.

3) Finally, I got that mysterious CMS/CM's brand Subie. What did I think of the quality? I just ordered two more.

Do a international search on these. Most cool rally cars they released are sold for around $9, shipping included. Original MSRP being around $7, it's a bargain, considering. Love Kyosho, but I still have hard time with the 300~400% markup commonly seen on eBay.

Edit: The car comes with bunch of antennas you can attach on its' roof, too. Money. In the bank. 👍

Actually, I have a red one AND a black one on the way, and they are both "chase" pieces. (signature on bottom) :p

Touche. What's this signature thing though? Prease exprain.

Edit: I'm seriously thinking about leaving neutral feedback. Soft paper(not cardboard) box shipping, got the card MANGLED, and packaging partially opened.

Bring it to their attention first, they may refund you the shipping charges which would in turn motivate me to change my mind.

Garage car series chase cars had decals on the base with a signature of a designer.

Mine's signed by "MALAYSIA". It's not chase, but mangled.

Edit: I contacted the eBay seller. Car was $4.50, $3.99 shipping. I asked for $2 partial refund.

We'll see how it goes!

Loving that RS200, DiabolicPanda.

So I won 3 Offroad Sandblasters for a low price. I was outbidded yesterday so I bidded on 3 different ones at different maximums so that I could secure my chance at another in case someone beat me at the lower bids. I ended winning all 3. That's one to open, one to keep, and an extra hanging around.

I can list it myself, but it is also trading material if anyone wants it. I also have 4 bids on the Offroad Land Cruiser FJ40, and it looks like I'll win all 4 at this rate. That's 2 extras. Anyone need one?
