Why did they not include the option to turn off the fuel meter, LOL? That thing is burned into my plasma probably for life after a year of use.

At least I can turn off the horrible flashing gears.

- Downloadable contents can now be used by multiple users with the Family Upgrade
This Family Upgrade will allow the the Course Pack and Racing Car Pack (including those purchased as a part of the Complete Pack) DLC's released in October 2011 to be used by all acounts on the same PS3™ system. (Planned Release Date: December 21, 2011)
There are important points to note in this upgrade, so please make sure to read the FAQ below:

- The cars purchased in the DLC will now appear in the Car Dealerships.

WRONG. It is indeed special regardless if this is "just a game" in your eyes. GT5 is alot like my real life 540i, it's passion. Forza is just a game.

Guys I've posted 3 times now! You can turn everything off individually on the hud!!!!!!!!!!

You cannot turn off the tires display nor fuel meter, unless you turn off speedo and tach which sucks.

When gitfing items it frees out the button so you know you can't trade it. Also you can gift the Concept FT-86 II 11'

My only disappointment and last post of the night. No windshield wipers for standards and no photo mode for standards. I hope it comes in the next awesome update.

I swear that after you drive a standard with upgraded wheels that the car looks cleaner in replays and in your garage. Maybe it's just a placebo effect of all the updated goodness, but the lines seem smoother....almost a bit of an HD upgrade instead of the flat chalky looking paint that I got used to with standards.

I'm probably just really tired and need some sleep.

Loving the update so far, I just got 600 new cars in my garage (because of new wheels).

The Camera behind the car. Just take a car and go down the hill at SPA. I swear it made my stomach drop like I was falling or something. Everything before looked flat, but now you really get the elevation changes.

Nope, I tried this just now and notice no difference what so ever... Are u sure there is no setting for it?

Clearly you don't know what Rauh Welt is...I'm loving the new update, I'm just slightly irked they got rid of a lot of seasonals, oh well.. Where are people getting the FT-86 Concept II from anyway? I never got one.

If you bought the original dlc, you need to make a "multiple" purchase. I bought another paint pack and got the new car. The ticket/car is tradeable so it won't be hard to find if you don't want to pay for more DLC.

I think there's a better chance of getting wipers on standards than photomode, even though it would take more effort on PD's part. Standards don't get photomode because they aren't "pretty enough". Unless all 800 or so of them get a nice makeover to get rid of scraggly lines and blocky body panels, we aren't taking pictures of them at Kyoto or Ahrweiler anytime soon.
