Same.

Top end too. Don't know exactly what the Supercars do down the main straight but it's got to be significantly less than the 320+ the bikes are pulling.
Compare Scotty Mac's lap time of 1:29:xxx with a top speed of 285km/h as quoted during the telecast against the 333km/h Hector Barbera reached to clock in a 1:33:914! Staggering
Supercars are much later on the brakes, better mid-corner speed thanks to a lot more rubber on the track.

Only thing I got out of it was the GT-R GT3 comment.

I guess it's because of the talks about the engine. So much development in the 5.4L-5.0L, what if Japan do tell the Kelly Brothers to bin the V8?

If the Kellys want to continue to receive Nissan money, they'll do what Nissan HQ want them to do.

Not so easy, as it's taken them this long to get the the engines right. I don't know how quick a V6TT would take to develop at NISMO in Braeside as opposed to NISMO Jp.

So, unless Japan are going to up the ante above that $1million they gave in 2015, someone will be burning the midnight oil.

My guess is that they will end up with either the 3.8L from the GT3 car, or convince Nissan to lend them the 3.0L from the LMP1 program. As far as the car it will go in, I like that he's suggesting things other than the GT-R, which I am not a fan of it coming in. I think it should remain in GT3 competition. There is a new Altima coming which is about a year out, it would be nice to see them continue with it.

Probably most likely. Thing is, it has to be a good road car, as has been posted elsewhere, sales have been bad for the Altima. Hopefully there is a performance model next go around. It did wonders for when the S60 was introduced.

Still a shame the Q50 isn't sold as a Nissan Skyline. That would surely help sales and no doubt be an awesome Supercars base.

Looks great. Could keep that for the rest of the year.

They just had to buck the red & black.

I do like the colours of the this scheme. But yeah, the red and black was really nice.

So AutoAction is reporting that Matthew Brabham will be replacing Taz Douglas at LDM this weekend.

Wait what? Isn't he racing GT3?

Edit: He's at Babagallo for the Stadium Trucks.

Hey, if he's in the Commodore, that'll be a good test session.

West Australian mob, Strike Drilling are sponsoring Rullo for the weekend.

I nominate it for "The Worst Liveries" thread.

Well, Matt Brabham felt the car(LDM) was good(compared to nothing else). Imagine if he gets to try a real team's car.

Edit: So, Rullo bumps Whincup in the bowl and then locks up in the final turn and beaches the #62. Real smart.
