I wonder if Verstappen will get a penalty for that release. Also admitting that I don't understand that hard tire move on Bottas' car.
Especially with the threat of rain.

This is like a more sophisticated Baku smoking a cigar on yacht lol

Definitely should be a drive through for Verstappen there. Caused damage to the Mercedes as well

Gambling on not stopping again.

Anyone catch the squirrels in Vettel's car on that run?

Was that overtaking under yellow for Leclerc?

Hmm...Hamilton's on mediums and 2-4 are on hard tires.

Another pit stop for Leclerc....what is going on??

I thought so, but he pit now anyways.

Leclerc is going to retire.

Aaand Leclerc calls it quits.

Hamilton pootling around to save his tyres.

5 second penalty for Verstappen

Well, he didn't. Because he counts on his team to give him a safe release.
Poking fun at Max’s reluctance to take responsibility for anything.

They didn't want to ruin the race and gave a light penalty.

Right, because Verstappen decides when to release his own car...

5 seconds is a yoke

Actually though. Should have been a drive through. Putting the mechanics in danger like that. If he had hit Bottas any harder he could have spun into a pit stall

They were probably mild because the boxes are so close, and it was quite busy.

Oh, sorry, Maxie, am I backing you into Seb and Valterri?

If he had hit Bottas any harder he could have spun into a pit stall
Being under pit lane speed limited I want to say they're not going fast enough to hit any harder?

That’s why it should have been a very severe penalty. If he messed it up, he could have seriously hurt someone. Idc about entertainment. Treat the incident for what it is

I'm enjoying this race. Intrigue, cars close to each other and a load of talking points with the top teams. And, the race winner isn't guaranteed. Who says F1 2019 is boring?
