well that was a wake up. first off to korniax ,, congrats on your strong lap times and steady pace. all in all it was a good race. never thought i would see people running on softs, yet win on them. i think we all drove a pretty clean race. so sorry if we had a little fender rubbing. it is racing after all.
i did stay up to run another countless # of lap on the cape last night. was still a second off the top time thou.

Definitely a learning curve online racing. Caught myself viewing the car in front of me rather than the track. Not sure what happened, but my lap times were 15-20 seconds slower than when I was practicing online earlier that day. I'll blame on the race jitters

Sure looking forward to going to a real track, I hated that Cape Ring track..... long constant radius corners are not good when you race with a controller.
I've been using a controller. I have a Logitech MOMO that has been in the closet for years; I just dug it out the other day and have been practicing with it, so far it's looking good. I may try using it in the race Sunday.
What kind of wheel do you have? They do take some getting used to, but I beleive you can be faster (and certainly much smoother with one). That long constant radius circle in the Cape Ring track is a nightmare with a controller, with a wheel it's a breeze;
I've got a DFGT, it's so much more fun than the DS3. Just did the first endurance race earlier tonight, used it as an opportunity to practice with the FGT, the wheel makes it so much easier to control that damn car.

what type of router you have? belkin here. was an easy fix to no nat3 to nat2 look up "nat3 to nat2 ps3" on you tube. or something along thous lines. nat 3 now but was havin problems tonight w/ people tryin to join my room. may have been the server thou. who knows
So i just got my FGT, and it has really cut into my practice for this week. I did run Monza a bunch, but it doesnt count in that car. Ha. Heres for a good turnout this weekend.
I have my lounge setup with it now. Plan on running practice and doing some practice races. You all are welcome to come in and run for as long as you want. I may not always be playing but I plan on getting as much in as possible.
