Made one attempt with the LM55 and ended up 5th (after several punts and offs, with resulting penalities). Must try harder.

Like @MoparGTS mentioned, with only 2 laps, it really is a proper, hang-your-tail-out race.

I can safely report that the Tajima e-Runner is absolutely hopeless for this event. I ran it for a laugh. Only saw the guy in 11th until the beginning of the Mulsanne Straight, then never again. Ended up over 1:20:000 behind the leaders. It's also a long way to drive an almost silent car...

The BMW V12 LM was my gold winner. I had to have three goes, but eventually got there. First time round my gearbox was set a little low, so I was topping out on the straights if I got a tow, and missed out on first by about 2 secs in the end. Second time around, I tweaked the gearbox so I had more top end under a tow, snuck into first in the second half of the second lap, only to be side-swiped by the Toyota Minolta at the final chicane and gain a 5-sec ramming penalty!!! Fuming!!! So I had a third attempt, same settings on the gearbox, but softened the suspension a little for those bouncy straights, and snuck into first at the end of the straights on the second lap. From there on it was just a case of holding my position and keeping that ramming Minolta well off my rear quarters. Job done, with a 3 second win. :)

I usually don't enjoy Circuit de la Sarthe, but really enjoyed this event. Might have to have a few more attempts in all the competitive cars!

This was a great race for an A spec event... I usually only ever gold them and move on, but this one is worth a few visits 👍

Used the Judd to gold it but will try another on my next visit

With the Peugeot vgt did anyone have to make any adjustments if so what did you have to change? I'm jw in advance
Edit: changed toe settings differential settings (7,35,15 front & rear) and 6th gear got 2nd. 9 seconds behind leader. can't figure out what else I need to change

I use @shaunm80 Peugeot Vision Gran Turismo (699PP RH) tune, I only made one change to his tune is change the final gear to 2.470 to suit the track.
