Anybody use the Nurburgring chicane cut yet? Sure you could get away with a 400PP car and get +3million credits.

440 pp for 3.3+ million. and yes.
 
So now I've used all cars that are eligible & IMO I've found the A4 Touring car '04 & the Merc 190 Evo to be the most fun to drive with the CLK coming in a close third. The Opel/Vauxhall pair I didn't rate at all & also the Alfa I found once you lowered the pp they felt very under powered unlike the Audi A4 & Merc Evo. It's been a good event all round, YOU just have to make it a challenge instead of it being done for you.

I had 2 or 3 in my garage so specced one up and it works great. Will try it standard but its quick so don't see it being a problem.

i used the chicane cut and my car did a barrel roll 10 times lol
 
I know I'm repeating what has already been said, but this was possibly the easiest seasonal in a long time. Required next to no effort.
I did get another McLaren F1 out of it though.

Disappointed with the OCD. I owned everything in there. I currently have 916 cars and am finding it harder to get anything in the UCD that I don't already have. Still gotta make 1000.

Wait until you have over 1550, I haven't seen a car I don't have in UCD or OCD for over 3 months, and I play most days with anything from one to twenty races/session! I check every four or five races and keep buying duplicate, triplicate and more-than-thaticate cars to spend money. So far I have a Chromeline Jag XJ13, a 'normal' XJ13, a White one, a red one, a yellow one and a blue one. I aim to have one of every possible hue, if only to use up money.

Having already won the prize with a Lexus IS F Racing Concept ’08 at 590pp, I repeated it with a Vauxhall Calibra Super Touring Car ’94 which won much more easily at 567pp. The 4WD really made it a breeze to drive.
 
UGH...5 starts 5 wins. Please stop making these "CHALLENGES" so NOT!!!! Start buy forcing SFR OFF. I used to look forward to these but as of late its just a waste.
 
PD allows you to make your own Challenge. Sure SRF kills it, but still, at some point it will be difficult to win.

Totally agree.

I went in "blind" with the Mercedes CLK Touring Car set at 540pp for instant double rewards, and got 1st place in each race on first attempt...! 👎

These cars have previously entered into the German TC Championship, hence they are allowed to run these events. The German is not referring to the country of manufacture.
 
Milk this cow for the next two days, rumor is that sunday's maintenance will restore 2.09 pp values and negate the FR advantage.

Yep, agree with that. By lowering the hp more and more one will eventually reach a place where the race will become as difficult as any TT.
 
I'm gonna make some money, go buy a Muira and see if that helps me in the Lambo seasonal! That thing is kickin' my butt!
 
Took the CLK in with 525P and won Eifel and Nurburgring straight up.
 
435pp with 190E on Nurburgring. With the shortcut it was still a breeze gonna go lower PP tomorrow but first some sleep XD.
 
:grumpy: Mandatory SRF...Again. It really takes away the Purity of tuning anything. I also just jumped into a car and quickly smashed race 1, then took a shower, Using SRF made me feel Dirty.

Used the BMW GTR which i didnt know was a DTM car, but cant use the 320i ETC/Super Touring car. Oh well its a PD thing, Ill probably never understand. :ouch:

Win myself a classic Super GT NSX GT500 after finishing the event. Feel so proud. ^_^

GT40 Race Car was my prize! Finally I've opened a ticket and got a car I was really after.
 
The GT40 goes a bit better in GT5 than in previous GT's.
 
I'm using the Astra Super Touring Car '00 and it absolutley dominated all the races! It's not even that fast compared to the Audi's and BMW's but I can still manage to beat them all by about 7 seconds! The car is 453BHP and 524PP so you'll get a vast amount of money for every race! I'm currently earning 1MIL + Credits and I only have 110% login bonus. Well happy with this event we should have more like it!

I won that one as well.The first time i win a 20 mil car and it has to be that one.Is it just me or is it the slowest of all the Ford GT iterations out there? I can hop in any of the newer GT models and wax the GT40 times I'll set at any track.I'll never figure this car out!...:dunce:
